RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Unobstructed views for miles. Walk out the back door, off the deck then immediately you are on the sand! Very private with no neighbors to the south and blocked view of the north houses, yet walking distance to popular hot spot eateries. Continual renovations. Large 50 inch TV in family room and TVs in all three bedrooms. Rokus with active Hulu and Netflix on all four! Stunning ocean view from the cozy indoor sitting area. Two queen bedrooms and the third with two Duobunks. Two baths, one with a convenient pass through from laundry room to bedroom hallway. Linens included at no additional cost. Kitchen well equipped. Non-Smoking home.

It’s like coming home

This was our second visit and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. Unfortunately there were no dolphin sightings but that was the only disappointment and was nothing to do with the home. Due to outside temperatures we had to fuss with the thermostat quite a bit, Vickie was fantastic with responding to our inquiries.

Wonderful stay

Great oceanfront property! So convenient to town, but so private! Beautiful views from spacious deck, screened in porch, or inside house. Pelicans, gulls, dolphins... sand, shells, sun! This place is the BEST!

Wonderful relaxing vacation!

HipNautical is a wonderful property that is very well appointed with everything we needed. Vicki is a great host and quickly responded to any questions. There is nothing like staying right on the beach and waking to the sound of the waves. Although the weather during our stay was not what we had hoped, we still had a very relaxing visit. Thank you Vicki!!

Paradise!

We had another amazing stay at Hip Nautical in Kitty Hawk. The cottage is in a very convenient spot and right on the beach. It has a nice large deck and a covered and screened in porch with new furniture. The cottage is well maintained and the owners are wonderful to work with. They do a lot of extra things to make the cottage special. This was our third time there and definitely not our last!

My husband, Don and I love to visit the ocean with our adult children and grandchildren, so we decided to try a VRBO home to share with others. We have two sons, three grandsons and one granddaughter. They age from 11 to 2. Don't forget our "daughter", Lily, our Yellow Lab! Special memories are made at the ocean, whether it is total relaxation at the oceanfront house, or exploring the surrounding areas. We hope it is the same for you.

What makes this property unique

The best part is the amazing, HipNautiacal VIEW! Enjoy your coffee in the morning or a relaxing drink in the evening on the new deck with phenomenal views. Eight tall dolphin watching chairs to enhance your view! Part of the deck is shaded by 1100, for those who don't want the direct sun. The south facing screen porch also has a snack area for enjoying the view. There is a sitting area under the house for ocean gazing during rain or just to get out of the sun for awhile.
