Nice apartment near the city center of Olhão, with two beautiful rooms (one double room and one room two single beds). Close to the port to go to the islands (Armona, Farol, Culatra). You can enjoy a very nice terrace of 70 m², equipped with a barbecue and table to eat outside.
An exceptionally beautiful area with many sites to visit. The apartment is close to the city center, which gives it a privileged location not to use the transport.

La verdad al principio no me fiaba mucho del anuncio porque nunca había hecho alguna reserva aquí pero mire las pocas reseñas que tenía y decidí fiarme.La persona que me entregó las llaves fue super puntual y amable.Cuando llegué con mi familia vimos que el barrio estaba en obras pero cuando llegamos a la casa quedamos enamorados.Tiene aire acondicionado, cocina y sus utensilios, terraza…Se puede encontrar sitio para aparcar a los alrededores también.Cerca hay supermercados y en coche queda todo super cerca.Sin duda repetiría.

Buenas tardes la verdad es que al llegar y ver el N del portal os puedo decir que fatal , en la página está la dirección y el N 10 y cuando vimos como estaba el portal nos quedamos un poco chafados , y luego vino una chica a buscarnos y era el N 16 eso ya era otra cosa y estuvimocomo en nuestra pro

Appartement et accueil au top!

Excellente communication et très bon accueil du propriétaire. L'appartement est idéalement situé, conforme à la description et aux photos. Il est suffisamment grand pour 5 personnes. La terrasse est un super plus. La cuisine est très bien équipée, avec notamment suffisamment de vaisselles (à souligner car pas si souvent qu'il y a le double du nombre de personnes!) Tout était parfait, nous recommandons vivement!

Appartement is prima Schanier kapot van deur die naar terras gaat. Met 1 hand douchen want douchekop kon je nergens inhangen. Heb de vuile was uit de wasmand gehaald en een wasje gedraait. Zijn eerder terug gegaan ivm problemen op mijn werk.dus een goed appartement.

Merveilleux séjour!!!!!

Tout était parfait, charmant accueil par les hôtes. La location fabuleuse ou tout est admirablement bien pensé, rien ne manque, quartier agréable, proche d'un petit commmerce, de la gare pour le train et des autocars. Proche également du célèbre marché du centre ville, des grands commerces,du front de mer. Mon amie et moi avons pourtant lors de nos voyages vus bien des logements, mais pour le futur, comme nous n'avons pas pu tout decouvrir de l' Algarve, c'est avec un immense plaisir que dans le futur nous demanderons à louer cette location.

Falta de limpeza

O apartamento estava muito sujo, pó e louça suja dentro dos armários o chão com muito sujidade. A cama de casal é horrível um colchão muito mau e uma cama a fazer demasiado barulho. No final da estadia uma surpresa para pagar uma caução de um chapéu de sol em que ninguém tocou. LAMENTÁVEL a atitude do anfitrião da casa.

Rundum perfekt

Wir haben 10 Tage in David's Apartment verbracht. Auch wenn wir fast 2 Stunden Verspätung hatten, hat die Schlüsselübergabe wunderbar funktioniert, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. In der Wohnung selbst war es sehr sauber, ordentlich und es war Vieles im Haushalt vorhanden, selbst eine Waschmaschine (was sich als hilfreich herausgestellt hat). Nur scharfe Messer, Gewürze, Öl und Essig sollten Sie selbst besorgen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen einen Aufenthalt dort.

Excellent séjour !

Logement spacieux et lumineux, tout confort, parfaitement entretenu. A noter : une terrasse très étendue. Proche commodités (supermarché, cafés, etc.). Localisation intéressante, à 10 minutes à pied du coeur d'Olhao et tout près de la N125 (très simple de stationner) pour partir en balade. Super séjour, nous recommandons.

Pas de assez de rangement, Terrasse : table et chaises et transats vielles pas de confort, pas de matelas, aucun jet d’eau, Salle de bain : chaufo trop chaud ou trop froid , pas de place pour les serviettes Chambre principale avec un lit en fer qui grince Salle à manger : vieux meubles L’appartement n’est pas tels que sur les photos Il y a un café qui est ouvert tard en bas de l’immeuble et nous entendons tous .

Bien... Mais!!!

Appartement très clair, ensoleillé toute la journée. Lave-linge et lave-vaisselle. Bonne literie. Immeuble bien tenu et calme dans quartier populaire a15mn à pieds du marché. Supermarché au bout de la rue. Il faut souligner le bruit des clients du café en bas de l'immeuble (discussions tardives). Belle terrasse. Dommage que les meubles de jardin ne soient pas le reflet de la photo ! Propriétaire réactif. Habite en France.
