Appartement en front de mer très bien situé et bien équipé. Résidence calme à proximité des commerces. Facilités pour l'entrée et la sortie des lieux appréciée.

Superbe vue sur la baie.

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. La situation est idéale avec la proximité des commerces, la vue sur la baie et toutes les activités proposées aux alentours. Seul bémol, le prix, nous avons trouvé excessifs les frais pris par SERGIC, les honoraires et les frais de dossier représentent près de 25% du prix de la location pour un service minimum (il faut aller chercher les clés et les rendre à l'agence). A ceci il faut encore ajouter les frais pris par ABRITEL !!!

Superbe vue sur la baie

Bien situé et belle vue sur la mer . Appartement propre et bien équipé. Plusieurs prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas. Literie : ok mais emportez vos oreillers. Accès à la douche : étroit. Emplacement voiture également. Ok pour petite voiture . Si plus grosse voiture : vous la parkerez mais ne saurez plus en sortir !!!! Même en septembre : très froid dans les chambres !!!!
