Private and equipped terrace of 12m2.
Orientation SOUTH in peace, view Winter City.
Free WIFI.

* Apartment 5 people: 1 bed 180. 190 (with 2 separate mattresses 90. 190), 2 bunk beds of 90. 190 and 1 sofa bed 90. 90.

Beach at 50m.
Local shops: supermarket, organic grocery, delicatessen, press, tobacco, pharmacy, post office, hair salon, butcher, fruit and vegetables, oyster tasting, etc.
Cycle and pedestrian path at the foot of the residence. Bus network, 3 min on foot (stop: Chapelle Notre Dame des Marins).
Sea bus, 8 min on foot (stop: Jetée Thiers).

When booking, specify if package (optional) retained:
- Final cleaning: 40 €
- Bed linen: 10 € / person (fitted sheet, duvet cover, protection and pillowcase)
- Bathroom and kitchen linen: 5 € / person (shower sheet, hand towel, glove, bath mat, tea towel)
- Nespresso cartridge, selection of grands crus coffees: € 3.5. Decaffeinated € 4 (Nespresso purchase price).

If you do not choose the "Bed linen" package, you will be asked upon arrival to present your bedding protections.
Are provided free of charge: mattress covers, duvets, pillows, cleaning and basic necessities.

A security deposit check - which will not be cashed - will be requested upon entering the premises with return of it maximum 7 days after your departure.

L'environnement est de 1er ordre. Rue à traverser pour accéder à la plage, centre ville accessible à pied. Une propriétaire très agréable et disponible. Appartement calme, suffisant pour 1 personne ou 1 couple. Les voisins sont très aimables. Le plus, le parking dans une ville très animée. Bref, je pense revenir.

Pas de vue sur la mer comme ce veut bien le montrer la photo . Vue sur le parking. Bruyant. Pas de chambre parental, c’est le canapé-lit. Pour les enfants, lits superposés dans le passage de l’entrée au salon, pas de fenêtres et proximité de là salles bain wc. Encore une fois, les Photoshop donnaient une autre impression du logement. Point positif, plage et centre ville à proximité

Lovely beach vacation spot!

We spent 4 nights at this little apartment one block from the beach - it was perfect for the 2 of us! A 10 minute walk from the main restaurants and market, a perfect distance. We absolutely loved the location, and had a great stay. Also helped that the owner is fabulous - so friendly and helpful!
