Positiv: Nette Vermieterin, per WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar, hat schnell auf französisch geantwortet. Pool war größer und tiefer als erwartet. Negativ: Einige Angaben der Anzeige haben sich leider als falsch erwiesen.der kostenlose WLAN- Zugang bestand darin, dass man sich mit seinem eigenen Handy Hotspot geben kann. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, sollten wir uns im Ort Karten kaufen, wofür uns sehr unkompliziert 40 überwiesen wurden. Des Weiteren war in der Anzeige von einer Klimaanlage die Rede. Diese stellte sich als mobiles Klimagerät heraus, das man im Obergeschoss in den Flur hätte stellen sollen, um dann mit Hilfe von Ventilatoren in die offen stehenden Zimmertüren kühle Luft zu blasen. Den langen Schlauch des Klimagerätes musste man dann zu einer der beiden Türen hinauslegen. Daher war nachts eine der Türen offen (Tür zum Balkon auf Straßenseite oder nach hinten zum Garten). Es gab sehr viele Stechmücken dort, daher kann man die Türen nur offen lassen, wenn kein Licht mehr an ist. Außerdem lief der Wasserbehälter des Geräts über Nacht immer über, so dass morgens der Flur nass war. In der Anzeige stand auch, dass Handtücher bereit gestellt werden würden. Wir haben daher nur einige wenige Notfallhandtücher mitgenommen. Als wir ankamen, gab es 3 Handtücher für 5 Personen für 2 Wochen. Der Hausverwalter hat dann 4 Handtücher gekauft. Das ganze Haus war sehr dreckig. Mit zusammengestückelten Möbeln möbliert. Der Platz reicht nicht mehr, um den Rest zu schreiben.

annonce mensongère sur le lieu et sur le gite,sale et sans équipements prévus

gite non situé à Lloret comme indiqué sur la carte mais à vidreres ! 15 mn de route en voiture . Pas une maison mais un garage sombre avec une petite fenetre. Cheminée qui ne fonctionne pas .pas de radiateur dans la salle, très très froid . télé dans la chambre parentale hs car manque une télécommande pour ouvrir la télé. Manque beaucoup d'équipement cuisine. Pour parler des chambres, des literies sales , des coussins avec taches suspectes. Le linge de lit aléatoire, troués très usés, tailles et nombres qui ne correspond pas à la location etqui ne convient pas au couettes et matelas tachés et sales.linge de lit indigne de location. Passons à la salle de bains, rideaux de douches sales et on cache la rouille de la baignoire avec un petit anti dérapant enfant . gite pour 7 personnes ???? hormis les draps, passons aux serviettes : juste 2 serviettes de bain et une petite pour les mains. Ensuite, un volet roulant dangereux pour les enfants, fils électriques à nus. enfin la piscine sale soit disant qu'une personne est venue nettoyer ??? Un cauchemar cette location. Je demande une indemnisation car mes enfants ont mal vécu ce séjour familial alors que c'était pour moi un cadeau ces vacances. Je suis dégoutée et je demande réparation.

No ha sido placentera la estancia y’a que todo lo hemos encontrado desordenado con tarantas y todas las sabanas y toallas en el suelo, parecía una casa abandonada, hemos tenido que pasar una noche ahí y al día siguiente ya habíamos encontrado otra casa, hemos tenido que dejar la casa por que no era para nada lo que nos esperábamos, como consejo deberían arreglarla más y cuidarla

Faire attention car si vous taper l'adresse sur google Map, vous tombez sur les hauteurs de LLORET DEL MAR. Or la maison se trouve vers LLORET BLAU. La maison est TOP le jardin Cosy. A moins de 10min en voiture/taxi du centre ville de Lloret. 5min des stations essence et supermarché. Tout à proximité.

Para mejorar

La casa no está mal, pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear. El suelo sin barrer, las sábanas estaban colgadas en las escaleras y con la duda de que estuvieran limpias, las toallas sin limpiar dentro de la lavadora y el suelo sin barreras. Los lavabos por lo menos estaban limpios. Comunicación escasa y tanto la nevera como el horno las puertas funcionan mal. Para pasar un fin de semana está bien, para más tiempo mejor otra casa con mejores condiciones, las almohadas son un poco rompe cuellos. Zona de la piscina es lo mejor de la casa, igual que la barbacoa. Por el precio aceptable todo.

El mismo día que llegamos tuvimos que reclamar el dinero. La casa estaba muy sucia, inhabitable, era imposible dormir en esos colchones que parecían sacados del container, las basuras de la casa estaban llenas, era un desastre, no pudimos disfrutar de las vacaciones y nos fuimos a casa. No entendemos como se puede presentar una casa así para alquilar. Hicimos hasta fotos, y las que se presentan en la página web no dejan ver la realidad del alojamiento. No pudimos disfrutar de los únicos 15 días que teníamos de vacaciones. La peor experiencia que hemos tenido, nada recomendado.

Extérieur agréable mais intérieur décevant

Espace extérieur très agréable notamment très belle piscine, par contre la climatisation n'est pas fonctionnelle compte tenu des températures en Espagne au mois d'août, deuxième salle de bains inexistant pourtant décrite dans l'annonce. A défaut de climatisation : il est nécessaire de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes mais environnement très bruyant par les aboiements des chiens. Présence de beaucoup poussières sous la literie. Bref bilan mitigé avec pour gros point négatif au niveau de la climatisation

Lo mejor la zona de jardín con la piscina privada, que está mejor de lo que se ve en la foto. Aunque se ve que la casa es antigua, dispone de todo lo necesario. La propietaria es muy atenta en todo momento, ya que contesta enseguida. Muchas gracias Sophie por todo.

Relax and pacefull !!!

Beautiful and relaxing outside area, pool + terrasse are perfect. We spend most of the time outside. The house is equiped good, enough big with 3 bedrooms, the location is quiet. The owner was nice and available for us.
