T2 of 37 mÂČ very recent, air-conditioned in secure, quiet and harmless residence in the heart of the seaside resort of Porticcio close to shops: supermarket, restaurants, newsagent, butcher, bakery and 600m from the beach. This comfortable and bright apartment has 2 furnished and shaded terraces, one of 30mÂČ, the other of 10mÂČ.

In the main room: 140x190 BZ sofa, TV with integrated DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer combi, 4-burner hob, extractor, oven, microwave, coffee maker + sensoro, toaster , electric plancha.

In the bedroom: 140x190 bed, chest of drawers, 3-door wardrobe, folding baby bed + baby mattress.

In the bathroom / WC: walk-in shower, hairdryer.

There is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a clotheshorse on legs.

Appartenant coquet que nous avons loué (couple) pendant la premiÚre semaine des vacances de Toussaint. Les deux terrasses permettent d'apprécier la tranquillité de la résidence et la douceur des soirées d'automnes. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied en moins de 5 minutes, tout comme la plage de Capitello. L'ensemble est fonctionnel, trÚs lumineux et bien équipé dans l'ensemble.

nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour a Porticcio , l'appartement est bien mais demande a ce qu'un mĂ©nage approfondi soit fait , poussiĂšre sur les meubles ,taches dans certains meubles. concernant les Ă©quipements la porte du lave vaisselle a un sĂ©rieux problĂšme ,le lave linge demande a ce que l'on claque la fermeture et que l'on appuit sur celle ci pour qu'il dĂ©marre , il me semble que dans l'annonce il y avait barbecue et plancha nous n'avons pas trouvĂ© le barbecue , il serait bien de mettre un petit poste de radio et de revoir la vaisselle de table . Ce qui nous a Ă©tĂ© le plus dĂ©sagrĂ©able c'est le dernier jour d'ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ© a 8 heure du matin par la fille des propriĂ©taires qui venait prendre l'appartement alors que notre location se terminait en fin de matinĂ©e et que rendez vous avait Ă©tĂ© pris avec la conciergerie pour 11 heure 45 la conciergerie n'Ă©tait mĂȘme pas au courant qu'il y avait du monde derriĂšre nous , je pense que les propriĂ©taires devraient faire attention au planning Ă©tant aussi loueur depuis 2006 nous avons jamais eu ce problĂšme car pour nous les locataires qu'ils soient inconnus ou de la famille doivent respecter les mĂȘmes horaires d'entrĂ©es et sorties de plus nous avions pris le mĂ©nage avec la conciergerie . nos vacances se sont quand mĂȘme bien passĂ©es malgrĂ© ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment cordialement Mr et Mme hamel
