Older house

The house was an older house that was renovated. Floors uneven, refrigerator dirty, dishes dirty. Has garbage disposal but couldn’t find switch. Emailed property manager no reply.

Girls Trip

The property had cameras in inappropriate places like bathrooms and bedroom facing the bed. There were dead insects on the floor in the upstairs bathroom. The beds are super cheap and the squeak every time you turn over. The rugs on the bathroom floor were dirty and the hot water was scarce. The biggest issue was the heat was locked in at 66°F and the temperature dropped to 15°F. I had to turn the oven on for a little while to warm up. I let the owner know. He had the temperature locked so we could not set it to comfort us. That was a total NO for me. I will not recommend this site. It is a cheap stay if that is what you are looking for with poor quality furnishings except the heated toilet in the downstairs bathroom.

This review is filled with lies. There are no cameras inside the house. What the guest is referring are night lights from Amazon that can be unplugged if you want total darkness. The temperature outside is 15 degrees and over 66 in the house. Guests can adjust the Ecobee thermostat as she had it set to 80 degrees, plus there is a space heater for extra comfort. Water heater works fine. The beds and furniture are what you expect for an typical Airbnb.

Great location for downtown events

The place was perfect for us. We had a lot of unrelated adults attending a convention. There were a ton of beds and enough space to spread out.
