For rent new house classified "furnished with tourism 4 *", single storey, not terraced, for 2/4 people located in Fréhel (22240) in a quiet area 350 m from shops and 2.5 km from the beach!
The house (85 m²), currently decorated and well-kept, on one level, accessible to people with reduced mobility, is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed 160 and flat screen tv and 1 with 2 single beds: all new mattresses as well as memory foam mattresses), a bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer, a large living area with lounge, flat screen TV and stove, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, hood, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and Senseo, fridge-freezer, ...).
Free WIFI.
Iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a garage where is the washing machine and where you can drop bicycles, strollers, fishing equipment ...

You will be able to take advantage of the outside ground (approximately 450 m ²), entirely closed with terrace, living room of garden, deckchairs and barbecue!
Possibility to provide you cot, baby bath and high chair.

In the vicinity: Beaches, golf, mini-golf, sailing school, equestrian center, casino, hiking trails (GR 34), Thalasso of Val-André, big aquarium of St-Malo ... enough to occupy your days!

Toller Urlaub im tollen Haus

Das Haus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist in sehr guten Zustand vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und sehr unkompliziert. Sie geben sich sehr viel Mühe und geben wertvolle Tipps. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen großen Garten. Bis zum nächsten Sandstrand sind es nur 4 km. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke, Nadege!
