Apartment on 3 levels: - Ground floor: comfortable living room with fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, HIFI system. Go down 3 steps and you access the bedroom for 2 people equipped with a 140x190 bed (bed made on arrival), a private bathroom with shower and toilet. - On the 1st floor, a landing with office, a bedroom for 2 people with 2 90x200 beds (beds made on arrival), bathroom with shower and toilet. - On the 2nd floor: relaxation area with mezzanine lounge and flat screen TV. Exteriors: Terrace of 30 m² with fully fenced lawn of 100 m². Adjoining the apartment -Sous le Cerisier-, but not overlooked. In front, a parking space is reserved for you. Lovely cottage, tastefully decorated, harmonious, where everything was subtly chosen for your comfort. Adjacent to the owner's house. Only 700 m away from the family beach of Vauvert. At 8 km from St-Cast-le-Guildo, pretty seaside resort known for its 18 hole golf course. Superb accommodation, just 700 m from the beach, which will allow you to spend an excellent holiday!

Nous avons l'habitude de louer par votre site et c'est la meilleure location que nous avons eu:déco intérieure superbe et meublée avec goût!A l'arrivée,nous avons été reçu comme des membres de la famille(bouquet de fleurs,bougies allumées et les petites gourmandises.Tout était parfait:vaisselle ,ustensiles,linge de maison.plantations et jardinières....Merci beaucouo!K
