Conveniently located on the ground floor, you can soak in the ocean view while relaxing on a chaise lounge chair on the lanai while watching the sunset!. The large private lanai off of the living area has an adjacent lawn area. The lanai offers plenty of outdoor seating to watch the incredible sunset! Privacy sunscreens help to keep it cool and make the space your own little oasis on Maui.

This tropical 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo offers a beautiful space to relax and enjoy your Maui vacation with the family, or just as a couple looking for a getaway. The condo offers a split system AC in all rooms.

The primary bedroom showcases a King bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a private door. The 2nd primary also features an en suite bath as well as a King that can be converted to 2 Twins upon request! Both primary bedrooms have their own private lanais perfect for your morning coffee or sips while stargazing.

When you think of Hawaii you imagine awe-inspiring views, amazing sunsets and the natural beauty of the wild Blue Pacific. These sights are a daily pleasure from the comfort of your own private lanai and living area! You may also see Whales during the Winter season too!

Great location and convenience!! This beautifully appointed home situated on the Fairway of Wailea's elite Blue Golf Course allows you to take advantage of special golf rates offered to guests. Walk along the Ekolu walkway pass to the World's Top Beaches, The Shops at Wailea, Five Star Hotels, casual to fine dining restaurants and more.

This was the first time we brought our son to Hawaii. We were very pleased with the location and quality of the condo. I would recommend updating the listing as we found more amenities stocked than advertised which led us to unnecessarily rent items from a local service (i.e. a pack n play, beach chairs, etc.)

Within easy walking distance to Monkeypod Kitchen (make a reservation or be prepared to wait!), a nice Italian/pizza restaurant and a coffee shop/breakfast place (Akamai coffee). Just a few minutes' drive to several great beaches, and the pool is only steps away in case you don't want to deal with sand... We had a great vacation.

Overall the stay was good. The sink in the master bath doesn’t drain :-(. It took a very long time for minimal amount of water to drain. We even tried plunging the sink but it didn’t help

Aloha Andraina, We have to admit some of the larger complexes are for lack of a better word "complex" to find via Google Maps. We do try to provide details arrival instructions via email. I know from personal experience traveling to Hawaii is lengthy and tiring and can be hassling to look through emails. It is our standard to provide a small bag of complimentary coffee. Our shippment was delayed due to production issues and arrived on the day you checked out. We do hope host you again soon. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The grounds are lovely and the property is generally well maintained and feels private. Views from it are wonderful. It's a lower-floor unit, so we knew to expect upstairs noise and weren't bothered by it. We had a very good stay in lots of ways, with a few issues. WiFi quality was frequently poor, which made working tough. The kitchen was not well stocked and because there aren't many of them, the community barbecues were always in use when we wanted them. My questions to the management company by email as we were arriving were ignored. When I called to ask why there was no gym despite one being listed in "amenities" along with parking and a pool, I received a bizarre explanation that I should have understood that meant there are private fitness centers in Wailea, which I could (somehow) independently convince to give me a short-term membership. Then a promised callback to confirm whether I had any other options never came.

Mixed Feelings, Ants, Shame at the Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, it wasn't exactly what we had hoped for. We visited Maui to celebrate a 40th birthday with our family. The good reviews helped us to choose this Wailea condo. However, it was not exactly paradise. Within minutes of arriving, we discovered an enormous trail of ants in the kitchen, all over the counters. It was revolting. Better yet, the company brushed us off, saying "oh, those are just ghost ants". Now I have visited Maui 8 times in my life and never have I ever had an ant infested property. While CBIP allowed us to break our contract, there weren't really other good options for us last minute. Additionally, if you choose this property, just know that the long term residents will shame you until you leave the pool area. They are not pleased to have visitors inside their pool and on their grounds and they let you know loudly. We went to the pool once and only once, and could not bear returning again, for fear of retribution from the long term residents who berated us and our children at the pool. I complained about this to CBIP. And although they were compassionate on the call, never once did they follow up in the four remaining days of our vacation. I had asked for pool access absolutely anywhere else on the island, perhaps another condo development. But, nothing. Complete avoidance and radio silence from CBIP. I wrote multiple emails, called several times, and could not have been kinder in my communication with them. Their tactic is to avoid and hope you'll deal with the problems. Additionally, my 3 year old daughter was severely injured on one of the many sharp corners in the home (in this case, a nightstand) since the home has no protective coverings on any of those corners. We ended up in urgent care with a deep 6 inch long gash which prohibited her from swimming the entire week. The home itself is a decent size. The beds could use more blankets. The pest problem has got to be dealt with, we were astounded no one had mentioned it in previous

Wailea Ekolu is a popular destination for visitors and out of every guest we've had stay there, we have not heard of the long time residents being difficult or challenging to short term guests. Our experience has been the opposite, that residents are kind and know the pool is there for everyone's quiet enjoyment. Our tactic is not to avoid issues. We are available 7 days a week to answer any concerns or questions. I'm sorry that we did not respond to you in a timely manner. All condos and resorts that have pools, the pools are for registered guests and owners only, so permitting access to another condo's pool was not an option. I'm also sorry to hear that your daughter was injured on a nightstand. Unfortunately, most nightstands, coffee tables, desks, etc., have corners that are pointed. We do not and cannot child proof every piece of furniture that has a corner. We are always happy to add some soft corner covers if requested. Again, I apologize that your expectations were not met during this stay, we do hope we get the chance to welcome you back to Maui in the future.

Jeremiah and Tyra in guest relations were so nice to address any issues.Overall, the condo was very peaceful, tranquil, comfortable in all amenities, well supplied kitchen. Being on the ground floor was ideal with the stroller and baby. The lanai was lovely and we spent much of our time lounging on the grass and deck and eating on the table on the patio. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beach chairs and toys were an added bonus. The property was very well maintained and we enjoyed the amenities including the pool and outdoor bbqs and picnic areas.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was well furnished and was close to shops. Not a wakable distance to the beach but it doesn't matter because the fun is to try different beaches every day and this requises a car anyway.

I would have rated the rental 5 stars across the way but the pool was out of service and the upstairs neighbors footsteps could be heard loud and clear. We did not need an alarm clock in the morning due to the children's footsteps. The lamp in the dining area constantly swayed while the children ran. Not ideal if you've had a late night of good times. You will not be able to sleep in if a family with children is staying upstairs. It will be a gamble!

The home was in excellent condition and had more than enough of everything we wanted. On the downside, it was a little too close to the pool and we could hear every word spoken and every kid's yell. We would however stay here again but understand the rent will be significantly higher next year.
