The owner lives nearby and can address any of your needs to make your stay care free. Wi-Fi throughout the house. Access to fax through owner office, if needed. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Come and enjoy. Conveniently located to downtown restaurants and Walgreens is 500 yards away. The house is located 2.2 miles from Cooperstown All Star Village which is a 5-10 minute drive. Lovely home and wonderful host

The house was clean, comfortable and cute. Bob was very accommodating to our questions and requests. The house was only about 5 minutes to the SUNY Oneonta campus. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient, and we really appreciated the cold water waiting for us in the fridge.

Convenient to ASV!

We had a great stay! Bob was a great host. Even welcomed us with a case of water in the fridge! The property is super convenient and close to All Star Village. It was perfect.

Perfect place for Cooperstown ASV

My family went to Oneonta for Cooperstown ASV and it was perfect for our family. It was less than a 5 minute drive from ASV and less than 10 minutes from retail stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive, friendly and ensured our family had a great experience. I highly recommend this listing for anyone, especially if you are in Oneonta for baseball.

Amazing property!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The owners actually met us in person when we arrived and walked us through the home. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our one week stay. Our power went out, due to weather, and the owner went out of his way to purchase candles and flashlights for us and set them all up while we were out. He was amazing to work with. I absolutely recommend this property!!
