The Space:
Mermaid Landing is a quaint 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Port St. Joe. The home has a perfect layout to sleep 6 making it the perfect family getaway! The fenced in backyard, screened in porch, and private pool are just the few amenities this home offers! 


When you walk into the home you are greeted by the beautifully decorated living room with a sectional couch and 2 additional chairs for extra seating. The glass door off the living room that opens up to your screened in porch and fenced in backyard for your four legged friends. Around the corner you will find the dining room with a high top dinning table that seats 6, from there you will see the beautifully laid out kitchen that looks out into the backyard, you will find everything you need in this fully stocked kitchen.
The first bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom also has a queen and the third bedroom features a bunk bed (twin/full) making this a great getaway for families! Between the fenced in backyard for your pets, the grill, outdoor shower, outdoor seating, and the pool this home has everything you need for your next family vacation!

Ideal location

This was a comfortable property nicely located in a low key community in the panhandle. We were able to walk to the beaches and easily drive to various beaches in the area without congestion. We really enjoyed the house and this area of FL!

Perfect house for the family

We loved everything about this rental! Plenty of space. Lots of kitchen supplies. Pool was wonderful. It kept the kids busy for HOURS. Only 1 mile from Mexico Beach Public Access area.

Awesome pool

Pool was great. With it being screened in you don't have to worry about the bugs getting to you. Plenty of floats available to use. Would definitely book again.

very nice property

Very well maintained; in a nice quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach (5 min walk). Overall very good experience. only negative was that the guest shower does not work but was not a big deal for us.

Great Listing

This is a great property, and I would be happy to stay again! Clean, well equipped, and a great location! Pool was perfect 81-82 every day, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was lots of storage space to stow everything when not needed. Location was perfect, right between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. Plenty of room for parking, even with boat. Hosts were great, and check in/out was a breeze! Can't wait to be back.

good place, quiet, great for dog, too cold for pool.the master bedroom should have a king size bed. More utencils in kitchen. The recliners were too hard for older people to get out of. A handicap bar in the master bathroom near toilet would be a good idea.

Exactly as described.

This place was perfect for my wife and I, our son, daughter-in-law and both our furry friends. The fenced in back yard was perfect to let our pets run and exercise. After spending our day at the beach, we really enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Highly recommend and Looking forward for a chance to return.
