Unbeatable view on a quiet beach

We first visited Manasota Key a couple of years ago and it was so worth the extra drive to have the nice white sand and blue water. The beach is so quiet and private as there are no high rise condos or anything of the like on the key. Very little foot traffic going through, just those combing for shells and shark teeth! The park is at the end of the island and public beach up north from the house, so it is really only those living/renting those houses in the beach that are there. Allen the building manager was fantastic to work with, answering all my questions and sending extra photos to help me get a picture of the place so I could be sure I had everything to accommodate a young toddler. We will definitely be coming back!

Beach vacation

Upon arrival the house was ready and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. There was a grill. The view of the gulf is spectacular. We had a great week and will return for sure :)

Relaxing and quite place right on the beach

Location: - Watch the beautiful Manasota sunsets from the deck or from the "downstairs" beach. - Private beach: very few people walking back and forth, even on a week-end (the State Park on the South and the public beaches on the North are relatively far away). House: - Clean and big enough for a small family - An extra shower: even though it's only 1 full-bath inside - there's another shower (with hot/cold water) downstairs (on your way to/from the beach) - Kitchen/amenities are all there and working as expected - Beds, linens are clean and good: mattresses are not too firm not too soft - just enough for a good night sleep - Hot water is "endless": after an initial heat-up, it's practically "endless" (since the water heater is tankless)
