Welcome to Stump Pass Place on Manasota Key. A perfect mix of comfort, nature and unmatched amenities. Just a 3 minute walk to our neighborhood beach or a just 4 minute walk to Stump Pass State Park at the end of our street. Here you can go to the beach, launch the water toys, and making lifelong memories. Stump Pass State Park has one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in all of Florida!

Located on the southern tip of Manasota Key, we enjoy offering couples and family's a wonderful value added vacation and a great guest experience as well. Make sure to take full advantage of our FREE Kayaks, Sups, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and much more!

NO ferries or water taxi needed. Just drive over the bridge to our island and enjoy your freedom and spontaneity.

Lush tropical landscaping will lead you to your suite. Enter the open floor plan, living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Cook, dine, or relax in your own back yard patio. This area is truly a tropical paradise complete with Weber grill, commercial grade outdoor table, chairs, chaise lounges, lush landscaping and soft night lighting. Don't forget to experience showering in our custom made outdoor showers. There's just nothing like showering outside under they blue sky and tropical palm trees.

The wildlife here is amazing! You will see pelicans diving for fish, osprey in tree tops, and herons on the beach. Dolphins and manatee are always swimming the shoreline and sea turtles choose this paradise to lay their eggs. Don't forget to bring your camera! Also make sure to look down in the sand. Prehistoric shark teeth and beautiful shells are never hard to find and are abundant on the beaches of the Key. Go shelling then return home to rinse your souvenirs in our custom made Shell Cleaning Station.

Bring your friends and family! There are four other individual suites on site and two other duplexes right next door "The Highview" and "The Pool House".

Our community pool is located just ten minutes from the house inside the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional park, 7001 San Casa Dr Englewood34223. Phone number 941-683-3743. The cost is $3 a day per person. For a pool on site see our VRBO listing numbers 2115647, 2117585 and 2116971.

Remember, bikes, kayaks, Stand up paddle boards and so much more are located on site and included with your rental! No additional fees or charges! Have fun on us!

Everything was perfect. One thing that separated this property from the rest was all the amenities. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and all the beach toys for the kids on site and able to be used. The kids had a blast. We will definitely be returning.

Summer Getaway

Great location with a neighborhood feel. The area is very relaxing and not too busy. Enjoyed many local eateries (Texas Best Barbecue was AMAZING) and attractions. Stump Pass Beach was amazing and never crowded. If you’re looking to stay in this area I would definitely recommend this rental.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was really nice and clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. The State Park was just a quick walk away and the local grocery was just a 5 minute drive. They had all the "Toys" you need to spend a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this to friends

Great location and amenities (especially the bikes, kayaks and beach gear). Lodging comfort was good but could be improved by providing privacy blinds or curtains on the windows and central air or a better window a/c. We hope to return!

It was clean and offered a lot of amenities from kayaks and bicycles to beach chairs, toys and wagons to take it with. It was to small for the 6 people it said it could accommodate and not on the beach like it stayed. Overall was nice and would’ve been better suited for 4 people.

Very clean and inviting. Loved how there was privacy for all the units. Great idea of having a shell cleaning station. Took advantage of the outdoor shower. The ‘Toy Box’ room had everything anyone would need for the beach.

So many things to do

Our family stayed for 3 nights and never ran out of things to do. The kids walked to the beach 3-5 times each day and we had endless fun. I thought the kayak cart was going to be difficult to pull two kayaks, but once we found out how to properly balance the weight of the kayaks on top of the axles it was very easy to maneuver and we gladly went to the kayak launch multiple times. Plenty of amenities offered and looking to go back again next year.

What a wonderful & Quaint place!! Pete was amazing to us and went above and beyond!

Everything was just wonderful! It was decorated very nicely with the beach vibe. All kitchen items & ppliances were newer. Laundry room was definitely helpful as well!! Loved our outdoor space and grill! The outdoor showers were so neat and we all used them frequently!! The bikes, beach toys, chairs and all SUPs/Kayaks were so fun! Thank you for a memorable stay and great hospitality!

After exploring Florida's Gulf coast for the perfect slice of paradise we kept coming back to the little unknown island called Manasota Key. The perfect mix of peace and quite, nature, and some fun Key West style restaurants just up the road. Anything else you need or want is just off island. What a breath of fresh salt air.
