Spend your free time at this gorgeous beach house just 50 steps from our beautiful Gulf waters. Come experience the fantastic tropical lifestyle. High end all new since the hurricanes that include granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, tile floors throughout the house, full size washer/ dryer, two beach bikes and a 50" Smart TV. Beautiful bathroom, all tile with a large shower. Second bedroom with a full/single bunkbed. Private patio with furniture & fire pit. Views of the beach and ocean. Just four blocks from the beautiful, Stump Pass State Park. Manasota Key is "old Florida", quaint & relaxing with lots to do minutes away on the mainland. We first came to Manasota Key to check out Stump Pass State Park and fell in love with the island. After many trips back to the island we found, Windrose, the perfect beach house for us. We have spent a good portion of our lives on the water boating and on the beach. When we are not on the island we on are on Lake Erie.

Why they chose this property

This is a unique old Florida type beach bungalow. Totally updated with all modern appliances, WIFI, Smart TV's, private patio with firepit, car port and all on the ground floor
level. NO STAIRS! Located on a dead end street with no traffic and wonderful neighbors. It's comfortable quiet and SO close to the beach.
