A few strides from the beautiful Hermitage lagoon, is this opulent house with Creole charm, all in wood. This villa has been classified "Furnished 5-star tourism", guaranteeing our tenants an optimal level of comfort and equipment.

Its 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms have Queen size beds (160x200) fitted with high-end mattresses for very comfortable nights. Air fans are also present for more cooling. The ground floor accommodates 1 double bedroom with a magnificent four-poster bed, and 1 adjoining bathroom-WC. Upstairs is another large bathroom-WC, serving 1 beautiful double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, which can be combined into a Queen-size bed.

For your relaxation, you will have 2 lounges: an indoor lounge equipped with cozy sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a second very comfortable outdoor lounge under a large veranda open onto the garden. The house is covered by high speed fiber optic WiFi.

On the tropical veranda refreshed by air fans, there is a dining table with 8 chairs, as well as an original perfectly equipped kitchen opening onto the garden with a tiltable louver.

You can have your BBQ around the Frangipani in a pleasant garden of a hundred m2.

At 80 m at the end of the street, you can enjoy the most beautiful beach of the Hermitage, which is a guarded lagoon, and you will have the choice between all the waterfront restaurants and other typical places to eat. A mini market and a bakery are within walking distance from the house.

The village and marina of St Gilles is 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bicycle. In 10 minutes you are on the "route des Tamarins": towards all excursions!

Our 2 seasonal rentals "Le Frangipanier" and "L 'Arbre à Pain" are semi-detached while being independent, by their "back to back" position. There is therefore no opposite. Only the parking area is common. Our 2 rentals can nevertheless communicate through a completely soundproof interior door, allowing us to increase our capacity to 16 people by reserving the two rentals.
