Amazing

An exceptionally designed villa with wonderful views over the sea. The hosts could not have been more helpful and the villa was clean, tidy and very well equipped. All combined to make it a very enjoyable and memorable week.

La maison est magnifique, très spacieuse, les équipements sont de très haut standing et ceci avec une vue incroyable sur l'océan. L'endroit est très calme et sécurisé. La piscine est un vrai bonheur et aucun vis à vis sur le voisinage.

Très belle villa d'architecte mais que je déconseille si vous avez des enfants (ce n'était pas notre cas). A noter que l'une des chambres sur les trois était humide et sentait le moisi très certainement dû à des dégâts des eaux antérieurs. La piscine n’est pas terrible et étrangement ne possède pas de douche. Pour se garer si vous disposez de plus d’un véhicule c’est quelquefois délicat. Un grand merci à Mario la personne qui s’occupe de la maison sur place très sympathique et surtout très efficace pour vous dépanner au moindre souci.

Très belle villa avec piscine et son jardin luxuriant, face à l’océan indien, pour un séjour en famille. Elle est très bien équipée et agencée : 3 belles chambres avec des literies confortables et chacune avec sa propre SDB et toilettes.La villa est aussi très bien située.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt in der VILLA D'ARCHITECTE auf Réunion war unvergesslich. Das Haus ist ein echtes Raumwunder und bietet viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig, es fehlt an nichts.Besonders hervorzuheben ist der herzliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns bereits im Vorfeld mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Wir hatten leider das Pech, den Zyklon „Garance“ zu erleben, aber in diesem Haus haben wir uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt.Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, um die Insel zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber schnell zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Klimaanlagen befinden sich nur in den Schlafzimmern. Da es in den Sommermonaten (wir waren im Februar dort) sehr warm werden kann, sollte man das beachten.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Excellent séjour

Merci à Mario pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Villa parfaitement équipée où rien ne manque y compris la superbe vue sur la baie de saint Leu. Literie très confortable, très belle piscine, situation top. Entre amis c’est parfait, chacun a son indépendance compte tenu de la grandeur et de la disposition des chambres. Merci également à Yann pour sa réactivité et conseils au cours des différents contacts amicaux que nous avons eu et pour la dégustation de ses excellents Rhums arrangés…….. Je recommande sans réserve cette location mais afin que les gens ne soient pas déçus ou disons angoissés elle est plus particulièrement adaptée à des adultes ou adolescents compte tenu de ses différents niveaux.

Notre sejour- Fevrier 2024

Tres bon sejour, la maison est fidèle à sa description et tres bien equipee. Mr Hoareau sur place nous a bien accueillis et était disponible tout au long du séjour. L'emplacement est tres bien, à 10 minutes du centre de St Leu, des commerces et de la plage. Des petits parasols à emmener à la plage seraient bienvenus, sinon tout le reste est très bien. Merci à nos hôtes

Un villa exceptionnelle avec vue imprenable sur l'océan et le couché de soleil sans parlé du balet quasi permanent des baleines. Nous avons passé une sejour de rêve. Un grand merci à notre hote Yann pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils sur les bonnes adresses. on a aussi beaucoup apprécié cafe sucre et autre Rhum arrangé pour débuter le séjour. Ein edles großes Haus mit einem tollen Pool und einem super Blick aufs Meer

Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, sogar mit Reiskocher und Friteuse. Ein Weber Gasgrill steht auf der Terrasse. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. St Leu ist ein urtümlicher also nicht sehr touristischer kleiner Ort mit erstaunlich guten Restaurants und einer guten Infrastruktur. Am Strand kann man gefahrlos schwimmen und schnorcheln, da der Strand hinter einem natürlichen Korallenriff liegt.

Magnifique grande maison orienté vers la mer à St Leu

Très bel accueil Les hôtes ont à cœur de nous confier leur maison La maison d'architecte est juste sublime avec une vue incroyable sur la mer . Félicitations pour la décoration. L'équipement est très complet et la maison très propre . Nous avons amplement profité de la piscine , de la terrasse pour les magnifiques couchers de soleil , du coin repas extérieur abrité, de la grande cuisine très bien équipée . Une très belle adresse : je recommande vivement !
