Welcome to our lovely Brand New two bedroom Apartment. Conveniently located only 20 Minutes to Time Square. Bus Stop only Steps away, also amazing view of Manhattan and Public Swimming Pool available for all our guest during the summer Time.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues.

Voor een bezoek aan Manhattan is de locatie heel goed,20.min met de bus naar Times square a$2,75.tickets van tevoren kopen bij port authority bus terminal.bushalte voor de deur(bus 123)salems bakery om de hoek voor lekkere broodjes. Appartement is prima, fijne douche,elke kamer heeft airco koffiezetapparaat aanwezig.contact met Claudia is heel goed,reageert heel snel.wij waren er 1 week,dan is aantal handdoeken te weinig voor 4 personen maar er is een laundry vlakbij voor $ 5 per wasbeurt. In de advertentie staat dat je gratis gebruik mag maken vh zwembad aan de overkant, maar dat is alleen voor union city residents. Buurt is Spaanstalig en veilig.en binnen 20 minuten loop je naar de hoboken pier 13 voor een prachtige scène van Manhattan! Al met al een betaalbare en prima Appartement.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Unterkunft ist für alle, die New York entdecken wollen und nicht horrende Summen für ein 10 qm Hotelzimmer in Manhattan ausgeben möchten, sehr empfehlenswert. Die Anbindung per Bus ist gut, und man ist in circa 30 Minuten am Times Square. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und sehr sauber, die unmittelbare Umgebung ist okay. Eine direkt an der Bushaltestelle gelegene Bäckerei versorgt einen bis in die späten Abendstunden mit frischen Bagels o. Ä. Zudem gelangt man mit einem Fußmarsch von circa 20 Minuten zum Hoboken Pier, von wo man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Hudson und NYC hat. Hier sind Restaurants und auch Autovermietungen, sodass man unproblematisch einen Ausflug z. B. an die Jersey Coast unternehmen kann.

Muy bien ubicada, con mucha facilidad de transporte hacia Newark y Manhattan. Las habitaciones son lo suficientemente grandes al igual que el apartamento. Recomendado para toda la familia. El único comentario es que el tapete de la habitación principal tiene un tipo de insectos, pero con una fumigación o cambio de tapete ya queda excelente todo.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato piacevolmente ed è situato in una buona posizione. E' ottimo per 4 persone ma per 5 è assolutamente insufficiente. Noi abbiamo prenotato per 5 e ci siamo trovati: 4 sedie, 4 piatti, 4 tovagliette, 2 coperte mentre i letti disponibili erano 3. Quindi, tra di noi c'è stato chi ha mangiato sullo scottex, chi era seduto in poltrona, chi si è coperto di notte usando l'asciugamani, chi ha mangiato il brodo nei bicchieri. Ci sono state gentilmente fatte trovare in omaggio 4 bottigliette di acqua e 4 cioccolatini ma ricordo che noi eravamo 5. Abbiamo chiesto una coperta in più e la risposta ci è arrivata solo 24 ore dopo. Il divano letto su cui uno di noi ha dormito era scomodo. Quindi, consigliato per 4 ma sconsigliatissimo per 5.
