Enjoy Inlet Beach on Private Beachfront

This townhome on Inlet Beach provides an extraordinarily relaxing and beautiful private beach destination in a secluded location. Inlet beach is adjacent to Rosemary Beach yet peaceful and uncrowded. A large deck with chaise lounges, a table and chairs, and swing overlooks the white sand beach and emerald gulf coast. A fully equipped, renovated kitchen opens to a living area with indoor dining table so you may dine-in during your stay on the beach. Master bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed, en suite bathroom, and a balcony with chairs and awesome views of beach, gulf, and the stars. The secondary bedroom upstairs has another queen size bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony. The third bedroom on the main level has two twin beds and en suite bathroom.

To the west you may bike the neighborhood streets and/or walk the beach to Rosemary Beach for shopping, dining, concerts, and festivals. You may bike or drive scenic 30-A to nearby Alys, Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach.

To the east you may walk along the beach to Phillips Inlet in Camp Helen State Park which offers nature trails, bird watching, and wildlife observation.

The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) makes our beach home accessible to the world via Southwest Airlines et al.

There are beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, and beach toys that you may use and steward for the next guests.

Great family getaway

Perry’s place is ideally located on a less busy stretch of beach, but it is very convenient to 30A and PCB. We enjoyed an easy walk across the dunes to the beach as well as eating meals on the deck overlooking the ocean. Having chairs and beach toys available for us to use was a nice plus as well. Our kids loved being able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. This was a great beach vacation, and we would love to do it again sometime!

Perfect location with all the amenities!

Our family of four enjoyed this beachfront home so much! The owners have thought of everything…from beach gear to kitchen amenities to everything you need for a pleasant night’s sleep! This condo is in a quiet area on a portion of the beach that isn’t overrun with guests. We definitely plan to return when we get a chance!

This place is heaven on earth—quiet, cozy, comfortable. Everything was great. Can not WAIT to come again. Perry was wonderful and responded immediately to any questions. Inlet beach is beautiful and this unit has wonderful, comfy beds, updated bathroom finishes, gorgeous views— all you could want and more. The basket of beach towels to use during our stay was a great surprise and nice touch. The porch swing was our favorite spot!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the ac was on point every day. Perry, the owner, responded very quickly if needed. Highly recommend if you're planning a visit to Inlet Beach, Florida!

Perfect Spot on the Beach

The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. It was a peaceful spot not too close or too far from action in either direction along the coast. The beach access was amazing and when not on the beach, we enjoyed lounging on the deck. The home was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Perry was very responsive and a great host. We hope to go back soon.

Perfect week

This place has everything needed for a perfect, relaxing week at the beach. The location on the beach was ideal- not crowded and beautiful! The back porch of the townhouse provided a place to tan, enjoy meals on the beach, and enjoy a morning coffee. One of the best places I have stayed! I plan to book here again next year!

Toes in the Sand

This property is well stocked, has an incredible large deck and gorgeous view of the white sand and emerald water. The owner provides beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys and is very quick to respond. It’s very comfortable for a family of 4. Publix and Aldi are about a 3 minute drive from the house. The townhouse is right on the beach. No complaints here!

Home with Spectacular Views and everything you need!

This home was immaculate. The views from the master bedroom and the living area were spectacular. The kitchen had everything you would need to make you feel like you were home. Pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper and some various spices and oils. Beach equipment is also available. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for children, paddle boards and private beach access is very convenient. It also offers serenity if you’re looking for that! Overall a GREAT property! We hope to return for another vacation.
