The brilliant gulf views in this chicly designed beachfront townhome are incredible. The direct beach location is superb and makes for an ultimate beach retreat. Walk to restaurants, shops, bars and ice cream and the large pool is only a few steps away. This is the perfect beachfront getaway for one large or two families. The kitchen and family room are on the main floor as well as a balcony with breathtaking views. The large master King bedroom is on the 3rd floor with stunning views of the beach and water and also has a serene sitting area.There is also a queen guest bedroom on the 3rd floor with a full bath. The first floor has two bedrooms, one king bedroom with twin bunks and one queen bedroom which share a full bath. The small community of Seahaunts has a private pool and private boardwalk to the beach. This cute townhome is located on the west end of 30A and is a short stroll to Gulf Place. Sleeps 10 comfortably. This unit offers internet TV via Hulu and Disney.
Note: Loss of pool fob will result in a $75 replacement fee. Please leave fob on kitchen counter for next guest.

Perfect for our family vacay

Property was exactly as listed, the view from the master bedroom is unbeatable! Restaurants, shops, and Ice cream within walking distance. Our family of 10 fit comfortably and had a great time.

The pictures of how big the house was a bit deceiving. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. The beach was the best part.

Good beach townhouse

Great area. Quick access to beach. You DO have to access the back porch/beach access by walking THROUGH 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (no hallway). The teens didn’t love that, but overall clean and freshly updated space.

Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, the property was nice but furniture does need updated but not that bad. the only negative was is was not clean, we had 2 small kids so we had to clean the floors ourselves and there were dirty dishes in the cabinet but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful convenient location

This is our second time staying at sea haunts and this unit in particular was perfect for two families. The beach and pool access was easy and the kids enjoyed going back and forth. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The second floor balcony had amazing views. The beach chairs and toys came in handy as well. Only one issue we had was parking on the last day. This was a great vacation and we did not want to leave!

Great property

We’ve rented other townhouses in the complex this one is our favorite. Very clean with everything you need. Can’t beat the proximity to pool and ocean. Some reviews didn’t like the basement layout because you have to walk through a bedroom to get to a bathroom. Other units just have the basement open I like that it was closed off into two rooms. Perfect for kids that want to stay together but want a little space on the trip. Will stay here again.

Kinda disappointing.

House has a very strong musty/moldy smell. Normally, wouldn't have noticed but we were inside a lot because of the patchy weather. Pathways very overgrown. Hard to get cart with beach toys down the path.

Thanks for your review. We have never received a complaint because of the smell and we or the owners personally have never smelled anything like that. This unit is in great shape and has been redone and is well maintained. I know you mentioned that it was raining so it could have been coming from the rugs from going in and out in the rain and the entrance rugs getting wet. The guest love this unit and many return each year. Thanks

The unit is nice but not OMG nice. This is a 3 story unit and if you have issues with steps you're in trouble. The management company is super quick to respond to emails and is attentive to your needs. The only negative we had was our car was broken into and items stolen while we were there. This was a shock since this is a gated area. Sheriffs department said it was unusual for that area. Overall great experience

The property manager, Kim, was very helpful and communicative in advance of our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for all of us and while there are quite a few stairs over the three levels, we liked having the separate spaces for everyone. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the back deck and third floor bedroom. Very close to the beach and we loved it being private, surrounded by only large homes on either side. We found Santa Rosa to be much less congested than other beaches but still very drivable to the best restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

The beach walkover is convenient and has a bench for those that just want to enjoy the view with out going down the stairs to the sand.

There was a significant leak in the shower and I did let property Mgr. Know right away and she said she was aware and thought it was fixed. It was my understanding they would reach out to repairman and have him go back but no one ever came. The grill was filthy. It was covered in grease and the grease trap was overflowing. We did the best we could to empty it but it’s now a safety issue and someone really needs to inspect it and clean it. Location is awesome and there was plenty of room for our family of 7.

The management company was great. They let us know promptly about a change of an access code. We had a broken coffee pot and when I told them that we had purchased a replacement, they promptly reimbursed me within minutes of sending them the receipt. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. Appliances were fairly new. The decor was beautiful and relaxing. The one thing that We did not like was that the access to the second downstairs bedroom and bathroom was through another bedroom. It was ok for our stay but could be a problem for a group of multiple couples.

Love this townhouse!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea U There very much. It was very clean and comfortable. The first floor bedrooms, which are connected, worked out fine for us. We had 5 adults and 2 small children, so plenty of room. We enjoy being directly on the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys. Thank you for everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a pretty, clean and comfortable townhouse with easy access to the beach and beautiful views. We were there for a month in the Winter and loved each minute of it. There were a few problems but each was dealt with immediately and cheerfully. Kim at Coastal Blue should be the poster child for customer service. She takes the time to realize what the situation would mean to her if she were the renter and then proceeds to do the "right thing." Actually, she ought to give lessons in how to respond to texts and calls! She's exceptional.
