This new villa, without vis-à-vis, without being isolated, is composed of 2 bedrooms with their bathroom (Italian shower, sink, WC, hairdryer, bathroom scale) and independent air-conditioned dressing room, a living room with equipped kitchen (4-burner stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and various utensils. The living room includes a table and chairs, a sofa bed, a television, a small library… Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
