About this property

Modern and luxurious villa offering comfort, modernity and one of the most beautiful views of Guadeloupe. Quiet and close to all amenities, this villa is ideal for a change of scenery and the discovery of the most beautiful tourist visits to the beach of Grand Anse which is located just 2 minutes away.

Layout of the villa: The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (master bedroom with queen size bed in 180, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds in 90 can be brought together to make a queen size bed in 180 and the 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds in 90), 2 shower rooms (including 1 with bath), living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, terrace, parking space, garden and private swimming pool.

Mosquito nets on the windows in all rooms (bedrooms, kitchen, shower rooms, hall, living room and storage room), on the beds of the 2 large bedrooms and for the cot.

Air conditioning: yes, in each room.

Kitchen equipment: 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge with ice maker, electric coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of dishes.

Multimedia equipment: Flat screen TV, DVD player, ADSL Internet via Wi-Fi.

Miscellaneous equipment: Washing machine, dryer, travel cot and high chair, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fans, Weber barbecue, 1200 liter drinking water tank.

Swimming pool: yes, private salt pool in a circular arc with a surface of 42 m² (unique depth of 1.60 m) with security alarm for children surrounded by a 60 m² deck with deckchairs. Outdoor shower by the pool.

Garden / terrace: Garden of 600 m² fenced with gate without any opposite. Large terrace with complete outdoor lounge for meals or relaxation.

Linen: the household linen (except beach towels) is fully provided.

Associated services: Welcome Ti-Punch and items for the first breakfast provided upon arrival including 1 bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar, chocolate, fruit juice, brioche, jam, milk, seasonal fruit , rum or planter. Possibility to have a meal on arrival in the villa.
Possibility of having a concierge service on site.
A 120 € cleaning fee will be requested on the day of your departure.

Heerlijk stekje om te genieten

Wij hebben hier een weekje verbleven. Prima huis, erg groot. Zwembad is heerlijk met prachtig uitzicht. Bedden waren goed, overal airco. Keuken is goed uitgerust. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Ook buiten een heerlijke tuinset met kussens om op te zitten. Tip: gebruik Waze voor de navigatie en je stopt voor de deur. Het is een hele stijle weg naar boven, met koffers beladen auto best even de airco uitzetten. Jammer dat er geen goede bakker dichtbij was. Althans wij hebben hem niet gevonden.

Superbe villa.

Deuxième séjour à cette villa, que j'avais adorée la première fois. La réservation se fait sans complication et l'accueil est sans reproche. La villa est impeccable: vue à couper le souffle, confortable, air climatisé, piscine hyper propre (et dont l'eau est très chaude !), très bien située (à une minute en voiture de la plage de la Grande anse) et bien équipée. Je la recommande sans hésitation et, d'ailleurs, je planifie déjà d'y séjourner de nouveau sous peu. Sophie

Vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (2 semaines vacances familiales). La Villa Cocoon était très propre, bien équipée, avec une grande terrasse pour se reposer et d'où on peut admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil! La piscine était très agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée après de belles sorties. La Villa est bien située, calme la nuit, proche des petits commerces et restaurants, très proche de la plage de la Grande Anse. C'était tout comme les photos. Nos deux filles de 12 et 14 ans et nous-mêmes avons beaucoup apprécié "the lounge" et le hamac. A recommander sans aucune hésitation.

WOW! Que dire de plus ?!

L'accueil chaleureux de Viriginie suivi d'un délicieux planteur fut très apprécié après le vol et la route. La villa très bien équipée avec une vue à couper le souffle et une terrasse pour y relaxer paisiblement a l'abri des regards. Rien ne manque a l'intérieur comme a l'extérieur. Très bien situer a quelques minutes en voiture de la plage de Grande Anse - la préféré de nos garçons pour sauter dans les vagues. Les photos reflètent exactement la réalité (Quoique c'est encore mieux en vrai!) Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances de rêve. A la prochaine!

Enfin, ma villa parfaite à Deshaies !

Je loue des villas à Deshaies depuis plusieurs années. À chaque fois, il y avait quelques petits désagréments. Mais cette fois-ci, il n'y en avait aucun ! L'accueil est professionnel et la gérante, disponible en tout temps. La villa est très bien équipée. La vue sur la mer est splendide et la tranquillité, assurée. Chose rare, aucun moustique à l'horizon ! La villa est spacieuse, très confortable et bien située, à une minute en voiture de la plage de Grande Anse. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation et suis déjà impatiente d'y retourner.
