Apartment 50 meters from the sea consists of two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, kitchenette, pantry and large courtyard with shower and parking spaces.

Viviana, Davide e il loro piccolo grande Alessio sono state persone fantastiche, ospiti eccezionali, innamoratisi all’istante dei famigerati pasticciotti salentini della “dolce arte” non hanno potuto fare a meno di farne una scorta. La nostra più grande soddisfazione è stata la loro soddisfazione e la loro promessa di tornare la prossima estate ma… caro Alessio, mi raccomando, solo a condizione di fare venti palleggi! 😂

La vacanza perfetta è così( cusscì!)!

La casa è molto accogliente, comoda, spaziosa e funzionale. E' vicinissima al mare, tra l'altro splendido, e questo la rende molto agevole soprattutto nelle giornate in cui non si ha voglia di prendere l'auto, ed è anche comoda a tutti i servizi. Ma ciò che a noi è piaciuto molto è stata l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Franco, Anna e Sarah, che fin dal primo istante si sono dimostrati delle persone squisite....impossibile non affezionarsi! Grazie per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza perfetta! Torneremo!

Entspannung pur

Wir haben uns in Mancaversa bei Franco und Anna sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich und nett - mit der Tochter konnten wir uns auf Englisch unterhalten. Die Wohnung ist so kreisförmig angelegt, dass zwei Schlafzimmer in den Innenhof führen (ein Durchangszimmer brauchte in den warmen Nächten einen Ventilator). Der Hof war schön beschattet und angenehm kühl und gleichzeitig auch abgeschirmt. Wir verbrachten all unsere Zeit quasi in diesem Außen-Wohnzimmer. Die nächstgelegenen Strände sind felsig, das Wasser super klar; es lassen sich wunderschöne Spaziergänge/Wanderungen an der Küste entlang machen. Besonders haben uns die Dünen (Naturschutzgebiet) und der Strand Lido Pizzo (Richtung Gallipoli), sowie eine fantastische Bucht (mit schöner Bar) in Torre Suda gefallen. Nur beim Ausflug zum Strand Pescoluse ('Malediven Europas') wurden unsere Erwartungen enttäuscht, da dieser begehrte Strandabschnitt einfach zu überfüllt war. Ansonsten hat uns gefallen, dass in der Gegend so gut wir keine nicht-italienischen Touristen unterwegs waren. Die Atmosphäre im Ort ist unaufgeregt und freundlich, ein Leben under Einheimischen - mit fast allabendlichen Konzerten auf dem Dorfplatz und super gutem Essen bei sagenhaft niedrigen Preisen..

Proprietari persone eccezionali

Anna e Francesco sono due persone eccezionali. Fin dal primo giorno che li ho contattati, si sono messi a completa disposizione chiarendo ogni piccolo dubbio (anche se gli scrivevo di notte!). Avevo prenotato una vacanza per le due settimane centrali di Agosto 2016 e dopo una settimana, per problemi personali, ho dovuto disdire. Nonostante avessero il diritto di trattenere la caparra me l'hanno restituita integralmente dimostrando una serietà fuori dal comune. Spero di riuscire al più presto a organizzare una vacanza nella loro casa soprattutto per conoscerli di persona. Grazie di cuore.

accogliente e confortevole

Casa molto accogliente mare vicinissimo, e proprietari cordiali e gentili. La casa si presentava pulita e ben arredata, molto funzionale con doccia esterna, la cosa bella è che la macchina la puoi entrare nella proprietà senza preoccuparsi di tenerla fuori, che dire, siamo stati benissimo e ci ritorneremo.

E' bello sapere che, arrivando nella tua casa vacanze, potrai avere a disposizione ben due posti auto... è bello anche sapere che, tornando dal mare, potrai rinfrescarti nel box doccia dell'accogliente cortile prima di mettere piede in casa, ma... è incredibilmente più entusiasmante sapere che i tuoi ospiti hanno tanto apprezzato queste cose da prometterti di tornare!
