In addition, the bus stop is approximately 75 yards away from the front door. As a result, you can easily get to Peak 9 and/or the Gondola. Or, you could simply walk to the Quicksilver lift in approximately 10 minutes. Finally, you can catch a bus - the 'Summit Stage' - to Keystone or Copper Mountain at the ice rink, which is less than 155 yards away.

The family room on the main level has a fireplace with gorgeous stone from the floor to the high vaulted ceiling. The main floor has a large deck where you can enjoy the amazing mountain views whether you are relaxing in the hot tub or grilling dinner for your friends and or family. There is also a large front porch.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen including cookware, platters, small appliances and spices. This house has everything you need to host an intimate or large family dinner. In addition, the house has lots of games, toys and sleds for your whole family to enjoy.
This house is located is a quiet neighborhood with an active homeowner's association and is kept very well and peaceful. There is open space across from the house, so it’s perfect for the kids to play football, soccer or throw a frisbee.
There is a single car garage attached to the house, with space for 2 additional cars in the driveway.
Our goal is for you to have an amazing experience in Breck and a space that truly feels like your home away from home! You will be working primarily with the owner; however, we do use Book by Owner to assist us to ensure that you have an amazing stay!
