Ideally located in the heart of the Vézère valley, in Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, capital of prehistory, near Montignac and its famous Caves of Lascaux and Sarlat, medieval town, city of art and history.
In a 2.5 hectare natural setting bordered by walnut trees, this completely renovated old Périgourdine farm will provide you with all the comfort and space you need to spend a "green" holiday with family and friends.
This 190m² gîte which can accommodate up to 9 people is made up of 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 triple), a mezzanine area for children. A very large 45m² living room with fireplace, TV and reading, 2 bathrooms (shower / bath), 3 toilets (including 1 upstairs), a kitchen open to the 45m² dining area.
We have carried out the work on this gîte in order to make the maximum space accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Discover prehistory, hikes step by step, criss-cross the cycle paths, descend the vézère by canoe, taste the local gastronomy….
Come and relax at your own pace, in this authentic place, where the view and the landscape call for relaxation and a relaxed lifestyle, like a parenthesis in the course of time…. You can enjoy natural swimming areas such as the river at 5 km and the managed and supervised beach of Tamniès at 8 km (blue flag, very very good water).

A dream come true !

We (2 families with 8 People) spent two wonderful weeks in the beautiful home of Alexandrine and Gil. The house was perfectly renovated with a beautiful match of old architecture and modern elements. You can tell that the owners have great expertise, as we found everything you could Need for a great vacation. Especially the kitchen was great and well equipped. The surrounding garden was great, the neighbourhood very quiet and great for walks. A lot of amazing touristic sites are just a few minutes away by car. We would highly recommend this house and hopefully look forward to a next vacation in Les Eyzies. Merci Beaucoup!

Great stay near Les Eyzies

We had a wonderful stay at Au Pre des Noix. The house is beautiful, clean, and wonderfully decorated. The verandah was a lovely place to sit for breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening, overlooking the countryside. The rest of the house was great and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is great for boules and also had a swing and trampoline to keep the kids busy. The position close to Les Eyzies was perfect - easy to see everything from Bergerac to the Vezere valley, caves, chateau etc. Alexandrine was a lovely, friendly host who made sure we were comfortable, even coming back to help us get the French channels on which to watch the Rugby World Cup. A really wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults and two kids, I would fully recommend.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus in absolut gutem Zustand bezogen und waren überrascht von der großzügigen Einrichtung. In allen Räumen gab es alles, was man für den Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Künstlerisch und praktisch perfektioniert, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die große Gartenlandschaft - sehr gepflegt - bot allen Raum für's Faulenzen oder sportlichen Betätigungen. Magnifique gîte sur un très grand terrain propice aux jeux, tout est pensé pour passer un séjour magnifique. Les pièces sont très grandes et agréables à vivre, décorées avec goût. Le grand piano de cuisine a fait le plaisir des cuisiniers de la famille! Maison avec un niveau d'excellence très important sur le cadre, la décoration et les équipements intérieurs. 1 semaine passé sans un bruit, en pleine nature. Le parc, vaste et arboré, permet aux enfants d'être en totale sécurité. L'emplacement du gîte permet un grand nombre de découvertes sur un bassin riche d'histoire. Je recommande fortement !
