Enjoy sunsets from this lovely waterfront home with a private dock!! Located on South Main Street, this home is the perfect spot if you want a beautiful view of the Chincoteague Bay. This home offers plentiful space, having a large, eat in kitchen, a sitting room and two additional living rooms!

THIS HOUSE DOES NOT PROVIDE LINENS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Beautiful View

Perfect sunsets from large bay window every evening for a week. A Wallops launch at dawn. A beautiful location within walking distance of Maddox, but not in zone of Maddox traffic. Bring your own ice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I reserve the right not to comment. The title above tells the story about my abbreviated stay. To keep the swelling down I elevated my leg, ankle and foot for most part on the couch.

Charming home in quiet area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was charming and in a good location for what we were looking for. It was beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed being able to take our folding chairs we brought and sit on the lawn by the water to watch the amazing sunset. There was ample room for many a family. We were just 2 people this time but would come back with the whole family in the future. The house is laid out to enjoy the water view with lots of rooms for quiet enjoyment as well. We were glad there was wifi as we had a work emergency and were lucky to sit in the sun room working while we took in the vast beauty of the morning. The house is close enough to town for food and ice cream:)

Cute, cozy and spacious house had everything we needed. Only complaint would just be more of a concern with the condition of the blinds. Some were broken or nearly broken, would hate for a guest to get the blame when they should probably just be replaced. Otherwise the house was perfect and we hope to book a stay here again if there’s ever availability! Seems to already be booked through October, not surprised! Thank you, Harbour Rentals!

GREAT DOCK out weighs other small inconveniences.

Some basic kitchen implements were not present. Large ight rear burner on stove not working. Upstairs bathroom door sticking in an obnoxious mannerHOWEVER, the dock was a big hit with the family. The two front rooms have windows with screens and were very nice in the mornings especially. Because of the location, especially the dock, I would stay there again.

Harbour Rentals also is my favorite rental agency in town. If you were to have an issue they are they will make sure to correct it asap.

Wonderful place for our girls getaway!

There were 8 of us total, 6 adults and 2 children and it was just the right size. The location is great, it was close to the shopping and restaurants and was in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was just as was advertised and my daughter has already said she thinks this should be a yearly trip and rent the same house. You can’t go wrong with West Haven. Very reasonably price too!

Great vacation with family and friends

Stayed at the property with my family of 4 and my friends family of four. There was plenty of space for us. The view of the water was great and we used the dock daily. Also the backyard gave the kids an area to run around and play. A couple things with the house could use updating but all and all we loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The West Haven suits our family's needs well. We like the little room at the back of the house. We drop all of our beach bags and the cooler there as we come in. We like the size of the kitchen, since we cook most of our meals when we are at the beach. There is plenty of counter space. To be honest, though, the stove needs to be replaced; I am not sure how many years it has been since that front burner worked! We especially like the two living rooms at the front of the house. We use one room for puzzles (we bring our own table) and the other room for computers. We can chat and work while we watch the gorgeous sunsets! In addition to a stove, we would vote for new mattresses and an outdoor shower! The bathroom sinks were totally stopped up when we arrived, but Harbour Rentals took care of that right away.
