Great stay
The house was super clean, beds were comfortable. Ann was willing to let us bring our air mattress and was willing to accommodate 14 of us. The kids loved the trampoline and the spa. It was a great space for our group

Vista Giant House!
The house is spacious and the bunk beds more comfy than any bunk bed I have ever slept on. Some housekeeping issues that I addressed with the owner directly. Owner very responsive, the camp room is not so much a separate room as part of the family room and therefore is open to all to see. So beware if you are thinking it is a 4th bedroom. Bunch of girlfriends so we did not care! There is an auxiliary unit attached but you do not see the tenants.

Met our needs BUT
Positive points: plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 big teenagers. A/C working good. Location was perfect, son got married in Vista.! Hot tub wonderful shared with family and glass of wine. 2 refrigerators good idea and appreciated ground coffee ready for my morning wake up. Now for areas of improvements : arrived at 8 pm it was not ready and freaked me out to find young people playing their instruments. Owner did respond quickly and got them out and “cleaned” w/in an hour. AC cold air return gross, long over due for cleaning. Same with stove vent. On of the bunk beds had broken board. Most concerning was the floor of main bathroom. That floor is spongy, tiles lifting off….water damage? It’s a good place but really needs a thorough cleaning and a few fixes. We did enjoy our stay and could be a fantastic rental.

Picture Perfect
We loved staying here. It was perfect for our mom vacation. There was enough room to spread out, as well as room to gather and hang out together. The views were beautiful, the back patio was exceptional, and the decor was perfect.
