Welcome to this brand new spacious townhome, 1 block mere steps to the sand, restaurants, shops, and in the heart of the Village! 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 3-story with tall ceilings, designed to maximize living space and features an open kitchen, oversized covered balconies and a 2-car private garage. Village Walk offers the perfect balance of luxury and beach life. The master suite offers a large walk-in closet, gorgeous finishes. The condo it is close to Carlsbad Train Station, and there is noticeable train noise. If you close the windows, the noise is minimal. If you are a light sleeper, please bring your earplugs.

Family beach vacation

This townhouse is in a great location, walking distance from the beach and shops/restaurants. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - access to park in the garage, things for the beach, laundry, plenty of bathrooms. We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 young kids and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Second visit

Incredible home with plenty of space to enjoy Carlsbad Village and the beach. We love that we can park and never have to drive during our visit! Walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. This is our second visit. We brought our daughter and her two friends to celebrate their graduation from high school. Great place to relax and enjoy the beach life!

Perfect place to stay!

This property was such a perfect little spot to stay for our trip. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping & restaurants. I stayed with my family (husband +2 kids), 2 in-laws, and my parents. The layout of this property was more than perfect - everyone had their own little private space. The community area within the house was very spacious for us all. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I posed. I would recommend this property to everyone and can’t wait to stay here again.

Near beach and shopping.

Property is fairly new. Well equipped. Two car garage. Beach and shopping are a couple of blocks away. Some of the living room windows don't have curtains. There will be some train whistles, but mostly during the daytime. The only issue we had was during check-in. We did not receive check in instructions via email or text and the instructions were not available in the VRBO app. They were only available by logging into the VRBO website. I asked the VRBO agent why the instructions were not available in the app and she didn't have a good answer for me.
