Islander Condo #115 is a West View, Platinum Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is perfect if you want to be near the pool and do not want to fight the stairs or elevator. It is 50 feet away from the pool and the patio steps on to grass. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area with new furniture to watch the 42” Smart TV with digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed with new, modern bedding, and a 24" TV with a DVD player. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom boasts 2 twin sized beds with modern furnishings and an 24”TV and DVD player. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo

1st Destin trip but won't be the last!

BEAUTIFUL condo! Everything was clean and in order PLENTY of bath towels (A ton!)additional linen for the beds. Set for the 1st night or 2 with basic needs but go shopping for what you need asap! Stocked with plate ware and flatware cups cooking utensils baking needs, the location to the pool and beach was perfect. Everything was so perfect we didn't need to contact anyone for anything! we will be back and HIGHLY suggest this rental to EVERYONE! Mr. Wayne was so pleasant at 3:45 am when I came to check out thank you Islander for perfect memories!

It was way too early and everything on the balcony got soaked. We got wet coming into the condo. I am guessing that was a mistake as we have stayed there numerous years and the sprinklers have never gone off.The bugs/nats seemed to be a problem this year. Do not remember that from years past.We loved all the family activities that the condo offered. That is a great plus for families with children.

Nice beachside apartment

The photos are very accurate reflection of the apartment. The smaller pool is literally just outside the back door so it’s very convenient. The beach service was a huge plus! The private beach access is walking distance. I’m not sure if it is Covid related or just the property management, we weren’t given any directions on check-out other than drop the keys. There is an app that keeps all the codes and such but there are no directions in what to is required at check out. We gathered the towels and trash. There was no place to take the trash out and were advised by the staff to just leave it in the apartment. So, during the week, we had a large bag of trash sitting in the kitchen floor which was not desirable. I meant to ask again about getting rid of the trash but forgot when the desk was staffed.

If you’re looking for some thing with super fancy high end finishes this won’t be the unit for you, but everything was very clean and well-kept and all the furniture was very sturdy and made of real wood. The mattresses were also in excellent shape and made for very restful nights. The kitchen was well-stocked so that we could actually cook in the unit and with a television in the living room and each of the bedrooms there are plenty of options for entertainment, if you could tear yourself away from the beautiful exterior of the property. We absolutely loved that this unit was ground floor and that we basically had a beautiful yard of lush grass that our kids could play kickball and tag and frisbee on. We were so close to the beautiful gazebo for some shaded play and outdoor meals and with a pool and a hot tub also being so nearby, it was just an ideal location. We have four children, ages 11, nine, six, and four, And would definitely stay here again. Very close to everything that Destin has to offer and the walk to the beach is incredibly short. We were also pleasantly surprised by how many towels were provided for baths, and there were at least three rolls of toilet paper as well as a roll of paper towels, which got us through the week just fine.
