Villa surrounded by greenery, in the Gulf of Ognina, in front of the islet and a few meters from the beach.
The bay on which the adjacent Borgo Marinaro insists, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets, allows the mooring and chartering of boats.
The villa consists of:
Three bedrooms (2 + 2 + 3 + camping cot), large dining room and living room overlooking the large veranda equipped with wooden garden furniture and bordering the Gulf of Ognina.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi.
The kitchen is equipped with a static fan oven, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, espresso machine with pods, toaster, kettle and everything necessary for cooking and tasting dishes.
Services:
two bathrooms with shower and outdoor shower with hot water (much appreciated).
Laundry / storage room, washing machine, drying rack, shelves.
Large private parking.
Great location for hiking, sport fishing, snorkeling.
Adjacent to the Plemmirio nature reserve, a few km from Syracuse, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, well connected to the Statale 115 and the Catania-Siracusa-Gela motorway.

Early spring in SE Sicily!

The villa was as advertised and suited us (one couple, one single and two big dogs) very well. We had lots of space. The villa was very clean on arrival and Salva did not hesitate to help us get sorted. I hope that I can get back! It’s a beautiful part of Sicily and the locals are very friendly. We all had a wonderful time!

Posto incantevole. La villetta è molto confortevole non manca nulla. È situata nel Golfetto di Ognina, esci di casa è fai un tuffo rientri e ti godi il giardino o la veranda seduto comodamente a goderti il panorama . È stato un soggiorno bellissimo perché ho potuto visitare questa incantevole isola; la villetta è molto ben collegata con la statale e l’autostrada. Io è la mia famiglia ci siamo riproposti di ritornare. Un grazie particolare ai padroni di casa per la grande professionalità.
