Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo located on the 10th floor in the Papaya Tower. The space was newly renovated in 2019 with a coastal vibe interior. Condo has AMAZING views and incredible amenities including heated pool,, spa and sauna with out door grills, modern workout facility and relaxation and entertainment areas including pool tables.
The unit can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 king beds and 2 aero beds are available if needed. Location is in perfect walking distance to dozens of bars and restaurants, water activities, shops, etc. The condo is fully stocked with kitchen amenities and beach towels.

Awesome Clearwater Beach Vacation

We booked our stay just a few weeks before traveling to Clearwater and we really lucked out. This condo is very nice, perfectly located in the heart of Clearwater Beach with great views of the beach and gulf. Totally walkable to the many restaurants, bars and shops. The unit is beautifully furnished and fully stocked. The owner was very responsive and was easy to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great property with beautiful sunsets.

Rented this property for a week to treat my in laws. Property was outstanding and The owner Susan is an attentive and outstanding host.

Clearwater Beach Mandalay Condo

Overall excellent experience. Everything about the condo is 5*. The property Owner (Susan) treats you more like a relative using her condo, than a renter. She goes above & beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. The unit is super clean and stocked with top of line items such as fridge, W/D, beds, TV, Wi-Fi. Everything is top of the line. The property is also fantastic. Very clean, well maintained, great pool and common areas, and sits right on beach. And it is VERY secure. If I ever traveled to CWB again, this would be the absolute first place I'd try to rent! The area of CWB is a very 'mixed' area. You have people who are obviously upper and upper-middle class, the "beach" crowd, the "hippie" crowd, the "local" crowd. It is not an area of "vacationers only". The Beach is absolutely awesome and I can understand how it wins "World's Best Beach" awards. Been to beaches all over the world, and IMO the CWB is #1. We had an excellent vacation and a big reason for this was because of this condo.
