Sand Key Beach is beautiful!!

We will definitely be back! Such a beautiful and quiet place to stay this time of year. Water was calm and the weather was perfect! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We would have liked to rent an umbrella and chairs but the owners provided two beach chairs for us!

Very nice vacation, condo was very well located to everything we wanted or needed. We would rent it again. Beach was fantastic and not crowded, restaurants and shopping nearby and easy to walk to. My only suggestion would be new furniture for the living room area, couch and lounge chair need updated.

Perfect vacation spot

Loved our stay! It was a perfect place for our family of 4. It had a beautiful view of the ocean, had a pool which was steps away from the beach. My daugher loved the pool, my two year old only wanted to play in the sand, my husband enjoyed the gym, and I even had a chance to relax in the hot tub. The beach itself was not crowded which I loved for our family, but if you drive 5 minutes down the street you can have that "spring break feel". Our planes were changed and we got there early and our host was able to work with us to help and also was very helpful and quick on our questions. We will be back!

Great Place to Vacay!

Loved 14B. Had issue with TV one night, we called first thing in the morning. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, someone was there to look at tv within a couple of hours and took care of the problem. They were very nice also. The pool and hot tub had issues and were closed for a day, that was disappointing but could not be helped. Will definitely book with Happy Stays again

The condo and location were amazing. Check-in was super easy and the staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. Great location with pretty isolated beach and close to food and entertainment. Unit had everything we needed for the visit. The only issue we had was the amount on construction going on during our stay. The listing indicated we might have lack of access to the balcony and some minor noise disruptions from the work. So we thought we knew what the risk was. But there was also work going on in a neighboring unit and the drilling work shook the entire condo unit. From weekdays 8:30-5 we spent as little time as possible in the unit. Not a minor disruption.
