4207 Windsor Court North is a spectacular 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront villa in Palmetto Dunes with very direct oceanfront views! Two balconies off the open living area, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom and glassed/screened porch off living area give maximum outdoor space to enjoy the views! Enjoy coffee, cocktails or just relax on this extended living space!

The very open living area has new flooring, sofa sleeper, loveseat, 2 swivel chairs for ocean viewing, wet bar area, and mounted 50" HDTV with DVR! The dining portion is open to sitting area off kitchen. The redone kitchen has stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and 3 bar stools. There is a convenient adjacent laundry room.

All bedrooms have new carpeting! The master bedroom has a king bed overlooking the private oceanfront balcony, oversized walk-in closet, and 32" Roku HDTV. The bathroom has a large corner tub, separate shower and expansive counter with dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom is a master with a King bed. There is access to the large oceanfront balcony and a bathroom with whirlpool tub/shower and dual sinks. The 3rd bedroom, with direct oceanfront views, is flexible with either 2 extra-long twins or made up as a king. The room features ocean views, 32" Roku HDTV and it opens to a bathroom with shower that also functions as the powder room.

Enjoy all the Windsor court complex has to offer with large pool and kiddie pool, reading deck, BBQ grilling area with dining tables, play area, boardwalk to ocean and more. Or enjoy nearby golf courses, kayak and canoe rentals and dining and shopping galore. A Palmetto Dunes shuttle operates during the peak season. 2 HOURS FREE TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL AT THE PALMETTO DUNES TENNIS CENTER are included with this rental.
