This unit is located in a pleasant Smyrna/Vinings/Cumberland and 20 minutes from Downtown ATL. The home is extremely clean, an attribute that any guest is sure to appreciate.
The space
The home is tremendously sanitary, cozy, and peaceful. There's a lot of natural light. You will be able to rest, work, study, prepare a home cooked meal, and enjoy a quiet evening in this space. In addition, the home is professionally cleaned on a regular basis.

Taking the entire third floor of the home, this 300 square foot space provides comfort with style. The eclectic space includes a modern design king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress and neighborhood views allowing natural sunlight to flow in during the day. The space is also complete with a desk/workspace area, a couch to lounge and relax while watching TV/movies on the mounted large, flat screen TV, a private full bathroom and plentiful closet and drawer space. The room also comes with a minifridge.

The guest is welcomed to utilize the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dine, relax in the living room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, and enjoy the back patio.

-This is not a transitional home (for example, those needing a housing arrangement to relocate to the ATL area or in-between residences). This is a listing that strictly caters to out-of-town visiting professionals and student interns that need a short-term rental during set dates of travel.

- If you know you will not or can not maintain a clean/tidy/sanitary environment, maintain an orderly private room, or take advantage of closet and drawer space as opposed to “throwing around” your belongings, then this is absolutely not the arrangement for you.
