Savannah Suite

Welcome to Kim and Bill's Savannah suite in Kennesaw Georgia just north of Atlanta. We offer treetop living in the foothills of the north Georgia mountains. Come see what true southern hospitality is all about. The sleeping quarters includes a very comfortable double bed with television, featuring HBO. A private bathroom with shower is just steps away.

Guest Access

Our one bedroom with office space offers a private coded entrance separated from the rest of the house. Other amenities included are the ancient ruins of Pachu Mechu complete with sacrificial fire ring (wooden logs only please).

Interaction with Guests

We respect our guests privacy but are available a phone call or text away.

We are located in a modern neighborhood tucked away from the main roads

Best Place Ever

This is our 4th year of renting this apt for 2 nights to visit friends and family on our way to FL. We love the quiet upscale neighborhood; the privacy, and cleanliness of the rooms, and the accommodating owners. We have never been disappointed.

Business Trip

Had to come to the area for business. First time renting a room... It had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, Bath and a little office area. Nice neighborhood didn't feel worried about my truck parking at night. Quiet area just outside of everything you could need. Would stay again if I'm up this way.

Family gathering

This was my first time using Vrbo, and I was very pleased. This property does Vrbo good. The location was great - a very nice neighborhood, and it was easy to get to the locations I needed to get to. The property itself was perfect for my visit. It was clean and neat, and it was exactly as advertised on the Vrbo website. It made this trip a great one. If I am in the Atlanta area again in the future, I will try to stay at this property again.

This property is exactly as listed. A garage apartment that is great for one or two people. I have stayed at this location a few times now, and each time has been great. The homeowner is very friendly and the property is always welcoming.

Great Getaway

This little apartment was perfect for my visit to Kennesaw. This was my first time staying in a shared home, but the apartment was private and easy to access. The location was great for me because my children live only a few streets over, so the drive to visit was very quick and easy. Everything was exactly as expected and I hope to stay again on my next visit.

Comfortable and Clean stay in a beautiful neighborhood!!!

My stay at Kim’s beautiful house was absolutely perfect! She went over and beyond to make sure things were ready for me even at a last minute notice. I felt very comfortable and safe in her home. Everything was clean and the neighborhood with rolling hills and beautiful homes is absolutely stunning! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

Bill & Kim have created a wonderful apartment in their beautiful home. It is quiet and private with outside access. Their property is beautiful. Kim was very gracious to us making sure all our needs were met. This was our third visit and we highly recommend it.

Small but cute and very well kept.

While small, it was still roomy enough for 2. We had all the things we needed, and easy access to our rented space. Kim was so quick to respond and took great care of us, and our requests. I requested an extra day 2x and she immediately helped me out. Great little area, I was very impressed with the stay.
