Nice chalet - well located

A mis-understanding on our arrival meant a delay to us getting in but once in - great! Great chalet for skiing - convenient for bus transport to Pleney / Super Morzine and also to connect to Avoriaz. Lots of space for 2 families. (4 adults, 4 boys aged 8-14) Garden was great for the outdoor space in Spring (early season bbq on our last eve was fun) We’d definitely look at returning - both for ski and summer.

The house is generously proportioned. Nice: the two upper floors are almost entirely constructed of wood. Ground floor: 2 large storage rooms, practical. First floor: very large room with a fireplace and upholstered furniture at one end and a large dining table with a sideboard at the other. Generous glazing, large balcony with table and chairs and direct access to the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden. On the ground floor there is also a large and lavishly equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the floor above there is another toilet and a bathroom, but with a bathtub without a splash guard, making it rather impractical for showering while standing. There are also 3 bedrooms on this floor, 2 of which have sloping ceilings and access to a balcony. What could be better?One problem upstairs was the extremely creaky floor in the hallway. When someone went to the toilet at night, it often woke up those who were asleep. The initial briefing could have been better. For example, there was no information about where and how to dispose of residual waste. The WhatsApp communication about a problem with the internet access was also a bit tedious, because it took some back and forth before we received the crucial information about a special feature of the access code. All in all, however, the positive aspects outweighed the negative ones and we were able to enjoy a very nice holiday.

Très bon séjour

Le chalet est très confortable avec en particulier un jardin en partie plat ce qui est rare en montagne! Un petit bémol, la proximité d'une résidence avec parfois des occupants un peu bruyant sans que cela ne soit une grande gêne.

Chalet très convivial

Le chalet est très confortable et bien équipé, proche des pistes, idéal pour les vététistes l’été ou les skieurs l’hiver car les remontées mécaniques sont à proximité.

Nice place!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The house is large enough to accommodate two families with kids comfortably. Nice beds, fireplace, big kitchen, comfy chairs, garage, ... The only - small- downside was that the house was not perfectly clean when we arrived. -the cutting boards were dirty, shower floor not clean-..
