This stone farmhouse, totally renovated, all comfort on 3 levels, located in a hamlet is ideally located between sea and land in the heart of Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan.
The territory of Pleurtuit is full of buildings to discover and trails to go.
Only 10 minutes from the beaches by car and 1/4 hour walk from the beautiful shores of the Rance.
It is also an excellent starting point for exploring the Emerald Coast, Brittany North, from Mont St Michel to the Pink Granite Coast.
By car, you will be 15 minutes from Saint Malo and its Thalasso, 15 minutes from the medieval city of Dinan, 40 minutes from Cape Frehel and Fort Lalatte, 50 minutes from Rennes, 1h20 from Mont Saint Michel.
Ideal house to share good moments with family in a very warm setting that combines charm of old stones and modern comfort requirements.
Big garden in the back, entirely closed with view on forest and seen in the front on orchard.
On the ground floor you will have a kitchen, a dining area, a storeroom with washing machine and a shower room + toilet with sink.
The living room is furnished very warmly with a Godin stove and dry wood in the garage.
A wooden staircase will take you to the 3 bedrooms:
A 1st bedroom with a double bed.
A 2nd bedroom with 2 single bed.
A 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
On the landing, small reading/TV room with a sofa bed.
Bathroom including WC and washbasin.
For your comfort, the house has recently been equipped with new bedding very comfortable.
All rooms are equipped with an electric heater.
LINEN AND MAINTENANCE
Even if you take the cleaning option, you are asked at the end of your stay to make the place clean, including:
• Cooking and cooking equipment (appliances, oven, hobs and barbecue) must be cleaned,
• The refrigerator and freezer emptied,
• The dishwasher cleared,
• Bins emptied and deposited in the garbage container of the garage
• Borrowed objects and toys put back in their place
For the maintenance of your personal laundry, the house is equipped with a washing machine.
When you leave, you are asked to leave the linen provided in the bathroom.

- During school periods, rent from Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights minimum
- Electricity: charged on statement for the period from September 15th to May 15th.
