About this property

Cottage 200 meters from the beach at Domaine d'Hennequeville.

Pretty little hut in bucolic environment housed in the private park of Hennequeville, Trouville-sur-Mer, just 300 meters walk from the beach and 2 km from Trouville casino on the road to Honfleur. We rent our second home.

Capacity: 4 people possible on 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 pull-out beds), bathroom with shower and toilet, living room in veranda overlooking a terrace of 150 m2 without vis-à-vis and a nice garden. Wifi and private parking in the garden and / or in the street in front of the house.

Absolute calm and tranquility guaranteed. Sheets provided, parasols, deckchairs, sundeck, patio heater, and BBQ are waiting for you ... 😉

availability:
1st to 12th and 21st to 30th July 2018 and 2nd September to 30th October.

Price: 150 € / night cleaning included.
Minimum 3 days rental.

DECEPTION

Quelle surprise à notre arrivée de constater que la location était occupée... par les propriétaires qui avaient, semble-t-il, oublié que leur maison était réservée pour 3 jours !!! Heureusement pour nous, ils (lui gêné et elle mal aimable...) ont quitté les lieux, le linge de lits changé. Cependant, tasse de café et verre laissés sur l'égouttoir, produits de toilette non rangés, plats noirs de crasse ou de brûlures, placards non présentables avec miettes et paquets vides, poubelle non vidée, entre autres... nous avons dû retourner la nappe de la table (tâches). La serrure d'une des baies vitrées était cassée et donc ne fermait pas. A l'extérieur jardin ni tondu ni entretenu. A l'entrée de la maison, une lampe cassée par terre avec tous ses débris de verre... Déçues de la prestation, nous ne recommandons pas cette location en l'état, malgré son emplacement au calme et bien située. Attention, l'adresse précisée sur le site et la convocation ne correspond pas au lieu de la résidence.... Cette longère mériterait d'être remise à neuf avant de pouvoir accueillir dignement des vacanciers. De plus, la caution a été encaissée début mai et remboursée fin juin... à qui cela profite ? Le site hébergeur ou le propriétaire ????

Ferien am Meer

Schön gelegenes Haus. In wenigen Minuten am Meer und bei Ebbe auch am Strand entlang nach Trouville sur Mer. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Wir waren zu dritt geht aber sicher auch gut mit 2 Kindern. Der Garten ist groß und rundherum geschlossen. Auch mit den Fahrrad kann man etwas unternehmen aber Radwege gibt es nicht. Also eher nicht für kleine Kinder. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Die schlechte Bewertung für den Check in ist weil die angegebene Adresse nicht stimmte und die Telefonnummer zur von uns angegebenen Anreisezeit nicht erreichbar war. Vielleicht war es nur ein unglücklicher Zufall aber die Adresse sollte vom Besitzer korrigiert werden.
