Close to the major tourist sites of Périgord and its thousand castles, Bergerac, Périgueux, Sarlat, Eyzies, Bugue, the valleys of the Dordogne, Vézère and Isle.
To note among the appreciated activities, the canoe descent at the foot of Castelnaud, Roque Gageac and Beynac.
Sun, beautiful landscapes, gastronomy and calm are the major assets of the region.

Restored house in 2017 located in a pretty little country village.
The access is private and large wooded areas surround the house.
The pool is secure and not shared, with a wooden beach of 150 m2, equipped with deckchairs and garden furniture.
An outdoor dining area is fitted out with plancha and barbecue.

- Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave
- 2 bathrooms with two sinks and bath
- 2 separate toilets
- 3 bedrooms with double beds (one in 160 width)
- A large dining room plus living room with sofa bed and TV

Piscine sympa mais pas le reste

L'espace piscine est sympa s'il fait beau et l'emplacement est calme. La maison aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement voire de sécurisation (des fils electriques sortent d'un mur dans le salon), et d'avoir d'avantage d'équipements. Par ailleurs, nous avions loué la maison pour 8 personnes, ce qui s'est révélé non adapté : la chambre supplémentaire est en fait le salon, qu'il faut traverser pour atteindre une autre chambre qui se ferme via des portes coulissantes, pas assez de couverts pour 8...Nous aurions apprécié un meilleur accueil, à commencer par une adresse précise (ni numéro ni même rue). Globalement, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix décevant et la maison est selon nous faite pour 6 personnes maximum.

Incroyable vacances entre amis

La villa des chênes est idéal pour des vacances entre amis. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le coin piscine est incroyable pour partager des bons moments. La literie est très confortable. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, arrangeant sur les horaires de départ, et très disponible. Nous la recommandons à 100% ; vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Vacances très reposantes

La villa de Monsieur BERLIET est une très bonne surprise. Avec un ami, nous y avons passé deux excellentes semaines. Située dans le petit village de Jaure, cette Villa a tout pour plaire et notamment une magnifique terrasse avec piscine, accompagnée de quelques transats et d'un salon de jardin où il fait bon se reposer. L'intérieur de la Villa est lui tout aussi agréable et chaleureux et vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour (four, micro-ondes, grille pain, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetière, etc...). Les commerces sont à une quinzaine de minutes en voiture et il est très facile de s'y rendre. Vous pourrez aussi profiter des quelques producteurs locaux pour acheter du foie gras, des magrets de canard ou encore de l'huile de noix, ce qui ajoute une petite touche forte sympathique au séjour. Au centre du village, vous trouverez également une petite auberge/restaurant, "Auberge De Jaure", ou Serge vous accueillera avec plaisir pour passer un bon moment à table autour de bons petits plats entièrement fait maison. Pour toute demande, n'hésitez surtout pas à contacter Monsieur BERLIET qui une personne forte sympathique avec laquelle nous avons eux plaisir d'échanger. Il saura vous donner quelques conseils de destination et d'endroits à visiter lors de votre séjour.
