About this property

Location Festival Avignon (Charming house)

We are new on the site, we have no comments yet, our first bookings will be this summer. We can not wait to meet our first travelers. Special promotion for the month of August to 100 euros the night is 680 euros the week. AVIGNON, near the ramparts and the faculty, quiet area, near all shops, schools, bus, soon tram and 20 km from two water parks (splash world and park-spirou). Beautiful luxurious house with beautiful living room open to a fully fitted kitchen, bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, terrace and a garage.
No work needed, PVC joinery, double glazing, wooden floors, air conditioning. A deposit of 600 euros by check will be asked on arrival, then will be returned on the day of departure.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce charmant appartement proche du centre ville (moins de 10 mn à pied de la porte Thiers) .Quartier très calme. Propriétaire facilement joignable et trés sympathique .

Great space and super location

5 minute walk into the walled old city, with a great Boulangerie around the corner. Spacious petite apartment with 2 toilets, a garage for storage, and a laundry facility. Highly recommended!

Appartement très agréable situé proche du centre d’Avignon

L’appartement est très bien décoré et comprend quatre couchages dont un lit double et un canapé convertible, tous deux très confortables. La petite terrasse permet de prendre un petit déjeuner à l’extérieur et à l’ombre. Une climatisation permet de réguler la température de manière très satisfaisante dans l’appartement. Nous avons passé un week-end lors du festival d’Avignon et nous recommandons cet appartement à d’autres personnes.
