Villa in Rafal, Costa Blanca, near Torrevieja 15 minutes from the sea.
The villa is located less than 40 km from Murcia and Alicante airports.

The villa is located in a very quiet urbanization on a fully fenced plot of 1000 sqm with a private heated pool of 40 sqm, outdoor shower, sun loungers, garden furniture, solarium, two terraces, one covered and BBQ. The property has an electric gate, a garage and possibility to park 3 cars in the enclosure. The garden is planted with palm trees, orange and fig trees.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the house as well as ceiling fans in addition to the bedrooms.
Equipment included, internet, wifi, satellite TV, petanque, mountain bikes (6) to allow you to reach the village in minutes.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert um die schönen Strände in der näheren Umgebung zu erkunden. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub

De fotos’s verbloemen de waarheid: dit is een oud, deels vervallen huis met heel veel gebreken en een eigenaar die daar niks om geeft. Het huis staat in de ‘middle of nowhere’ met faciliteiten alleen via de auto te bereiken. Daarbij zijn de wegen om daar te komen erbarmelijk slecht! Ons verblijf was van het begin tot het eind een drama!

Corona -Haus 4 Wochen gebucht -8 Tage vom 5.3.-13.32020 genutzt keine Rückerstattung

Wir sind total enttäuscht vom Vermieter, hatten wir doch ein Objekt gesucht, dass wir in den nächsten Jahren regelmäßig für 6 Monate buchen wollten und jetzt das. Wir hatten 4 Wochen gebucht, nach der ersten Woche mussten wir aufgrund von Corona und unserem Gesundheitszustand nach Deutschland zurück fahren. Der Vermieter hat uns den Betrag nicht erstattet. Als Autorin und Künstlerin hätte ich mehr Fairness erwartet. Nun Zum Objekt: Das Objekt liegt über 3km von der nächsten Einkausmöglichkeit entfernt. Es bietet sich nicht an am Abend noch spazieren zu gehen, da das Objekt mitten in einer Orangenplantage liegt. Die Fahrzeit zum Strand beträgt 30Minuten. Das Haus war auf dem ersten Blick sauber, wies aber mehrere Mängel auf. Das Wohnzimmer roch muffig, es gab keinen deutschen TV Sender, so haben wir das Wohnzimmer überhaupt nicht genutzt. Auf den Sofas waren Flecken, die Sofakissen mochte man erst gar nicht anfassen. Auf dem Foto sah es für uns sehr ansprechend aus, aber in der Realität, entsprach es überhaupt nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Thema Küche: Die Schränke waren so voll gestopft, dass wir unsere Einkäufe nicht einräumen konnten. Durch das antike Küchenfenster krochen regelmäßig Ameisen, obwohl wir keine Lebensmittel stehen ließen. Der alte Kühlschrank dröhnte noch durch die zugezogene Schlafzimmertüre. Schlafzimmer: Die durchgehende Matratze war ganz okay- die Bettdecke und die Kissen waren viel zu dünn und die Kopfkissen ohne Bezug hatten massive Schweissränder. - Zum Glück hatten wir eigene Kopfkissen, Zudecken, Bettwäsche und Handtücher dabei. Im Schlafzimmer war kein Platz für eigene Kleidung, der Schrank war defekt. Alle Fliegennetze im Fenster waren kaputt. Im Kinderzimmer war das Innenleben der Kissen und Decken unsauber. Badezimmer: Der Duschkopf der Brause funktionierte nicht richtig, die Dusche im Gästebad war viel zu klein und das Wasser lief nicht ab. Die gesamte Wohnqualität entsprach in keinster Weise dem Inserat. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und hübsch angelegt. Das aufheizen des Pools hätten wir extra bezahlen müssen. Die Hauseingangstür war sehr schwer zu öffnen und abzuschließen, für die vielen Gitter gab es kein einheitliches Schließsystem. Im Objekt waren einige Fenster sehr alt, die anderen hatten nur Einscheibenglas. In der Beschreibung stand Zentralheizung, das war nicht richtig, sondern es gab nur eine Klimaanlage für warm und kalt. Die Gartenmöbel waren in einem ungepflegten und teilweise kaputten Zustand .

Belle villa au calme joliment arborée avec piscine à 15 km de la plage

Dans un quartier résidentiel récent vous trouverez cette très jolie villa dégageant une atmosphère très reposante. Idéal jusqu'à 2 familles. Belle piscine chauffée. Nous y avons passé une semaine en janvier sous le soleil. Le village est accessible en vélo mis à disposition (+- 1Km). Chaudement recommandé !
