Charmantes Jugendstilhaus Ă  la Soulacaise in perfekter Lage zu Strand, Ortskern, Tennisclub indRadwegnetz (mega schöne Routen zwischen Atlantik und Gironde!!!). Stellplatz fĂŒrs Auto direkt vorm Haus an der Straße sowie Unterstellmöglichkeiten fĂŒr RĂ€der vorhanden. Überdachte Terrasse und kleine Sitzbalkone stehen ebenfalls zur VerfĂŒgung. Ordentlich ausgestattete KĂŒche. Zum Teil recht stilvolle AntiquitĂ€ten. Der Garten hat viel Potential. Leider kann der Haupteingang nicht genutzt werden.Das Haus ist schwierig fĂŒr mehr als zwei GĂ€ste, da der Zugang zum Badezimmer durch den "Master-Bedroom" fĂŒhrt. FĂŒr eine Familie mit Kindern machbar. Eine echte Challenge ist die recht altertĂŒmliche Duschwanne. Insgesamt hatten wir eine erholsame Zeit in dieser Unterkunft außerhalb der Saison.

HĂŒbsches, originelles Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist original von der Jahrhundertwende - charmant und schön, baulich weitgehend im Originalzustand. Kleiner Garten mit 2 Liegen und Essplatz. Etwas schade war, dass es kein WLan gab. Die Dusche ist fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Menschen schwierig, da unter einer SchrĂ€ge, sehr niedrig. Die Lage und der Ort sind aber traumhaft.

Good Visit! Beautiful Location.

We had a great time and it’s a lovely, well appointed house in a superb location. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The beds are a little small, but perfect for our family of four. Do notice that bedding, wifi, and final cleaning are not part of the payment in case you need more data on your phone contract before you arrive or to make bedding arrangements with the owner.

Das Ferienhaus liegt NÀhe am Meer und ist eine schönes altes Haus, bestimmt mehr als 100 Jahre alt, und hat Sitzmöglichkeiten um das ganze Haus herum. Innen sehr gut ausgestattet.

"Etant expatriée en Afrique, quel plaisir de venir passer quelques jours en France dans cette jolie villa de bord de mer chargée d'histoire! La maison a conservé le charme des villas estivales du début du siÚcle dernier tout en intégrant le confort moderne. Elle est joliment renovée a l'interieur et trÚs bien equipée. Aurélie est facilement joignable et répond trÚs gentiment et clairement aux questions. J'y étais en mi-saison avant l'été et ai pu profiter des animations de la station balnéaire, tout prÚs, tout en étant au calme en rentrant à la maison. Je recommande vivement!!"

Netter Ort fĂŒr einen Sommerurlaub bis Mitte September

Wir waren leider etwas zu spĂ€t in Soulac - das Wetter war schon herbstlich und die Fenster im Haus nicht dicht - es war daher bei schlechterem Wetter ein bisschen ungemĂŒtlich - auch die Strandbars etc. waren teilweise schon geschlossen. Das Haus ist nett (KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet)- hat aber den Nachteil dass man in das Bad nur durch ein Schlafzimmer gelangt - daher eher nur fĂŒr Familien mit kleineren Kindern geeignet - oder fĂŒr zwei Paare von denen das eine FrĂŒhaufsteher ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut - man ist sehr nahe dem Strand ind im Ort - alles fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Es gibt auch gute Radwege und Fahhrradverleihe im Ort. Fazit: ein sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil fĂŒr den Sommer bis ca. 15.9. fĂŒr Familien, die ein Durchgangsschlafzimmer nicht stört.

Super Lage: 5 Minuten in die Stadt und 3 Minuten zum Strand

FusslĂ€ufig ist alles bestens zu erreichen. FĂŒr alle Besorgungen, unterschiedliche Restaurantbesuche und Strandaufenthalte ist kein Fahrzeug notwendig. Toller Startpunkt aber auch fĂŒr schöne Fahrradtouren auf separierten Fahrradwegen zum Markt nach Monatalivet oder zur FĂ€hre in Le Verdon ermöglichen schöne HalbtagsausflĂŒge. Toller Empfang durch eine nette Dame und super nette Vermieter, die jederzeit erreichbar sind, um in ehrlicher Art und Weise fĂŒr das Wohl Ihrer GĂ€ste zu sorgen. Moderne Ausstattung kombiniert mit "soulacinisch" historischem Baustil machen hier richtig Spass. Vielen Dank Silvia und Georg
