Bahia Real is a luxury residence located at the entrance of Marbella.

This beautiful, very chic apartment offers two large bedrooms with dressing rooms and two large bathrooms, in a modern and comfortable style.



The large terrace offers you a breathtaking sea view. It is partially covered, to be able to take advantage of the slightest ray of sunshine or to take your nap in the shade.The complex offers two magnificent swimming pools surrounded by tropical gardens, a paddle tennis court and a children's play area.



This residential area in high demand nevertheless remains very quiet, while being a few minutes drive from the center of Marbella and the La Cañada shopping center.



The beach is about 800 m away and is one of the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol.

The property is fab but we had a problem with boiler leaking and water had to be turned off.We had to find somewhere else to stay and pay for it.Do not book through VRBO or Eximo we were treated badly booked 2weeks and stayed for 5 nights 2 of which with no water.This company does not want to know!

I’m not one to make time for reviews but I just had to do this one. Honestly, everything was spot-on. Great apartment for a 4 person family. The layout, size, amenities and location. The hosting company was also really on it. In a quiet urbanisation but all the best beach clubs are either side of the area so super easy with everything at your fingertips. Only thing is that a car is needed. A 10 minute walk to the beach and uphill after a long day at the beach is a bit much. So rent a car for sure.

We enjoyed it!

This accomodation is very comfortable and very well maintained. The service by exoimmo is always extra-ordinary! Unfortunately glases, coffee cups, frying pans and Toaster should be replaced. Over the years they are damaged and used up. The toaster roasts bread just on one side. Finaly the beds in the guest room are quiet noisy!

Beautiful accommodation

And a view to die for. Although we knew we could see the sea we didn’t realise how close we actually were, made for a fantastic relaxing view in the evenings. Aside from this the apartment is a lot bigger then we thought. Well positioned you can get to benhavis in 25 minutes, Puerto Banus in 20 and most places within a short 15 minute journey. You can also walk to the beach which has a cute restaurant and feels very private. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone
