Bel appartement bien situé et au calme

Superbe appartement propre, refait à neuf, bien équipé comme noté dans le descriptif. La mer est à 6mn à pied, tout comme la rue piétonne. Pas besoin de voiture! La climatisation est un plus indéniable. Petit déjeuner tous les matins sur la terrasse, au calme, sous le soleil avec vue mer et le chant des oiseaux. L'après-midi la terrasse est à l'ombre ce qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur sans trop souffrir de la chaleur. Nous avons passés un très très bon séjour . Merci aux propriétaires qui se sont rendus très disponibles et très reactifs à nos demandes.

Très bien placé

Terrasse, situation ainsi que propriétaires très agréables. Une fois la voiture garée, tout se fait largeme. Menton est une jolie ville et tout se fait largement à pied même si cela grimpe. Transports (train, bus) pour l'Italie mais aussi Monaco, Nice etc ..

Apparemment très bien situé, nous n'avons pas eu besoin une seule fois de la voiture pendant toute la semaine. Tout est très bien fonctionnel dans le logement Propriétaire au top, agréables et souriant. Nous on donné de nombreuses infos utiles sur Menton. Je recommande +++

Agréable

Les propriétaires étaient vraiment très gentils et prévenants. Le logement se situe dans un endroit pas simple d’accès, en voiture c’est impossible puisque c est une impasse. Il faut donc tout monter à pied et ça grimpe beaucoup. Alors avec les valises à l’arrivée puis au départ, et tous les jours avec les affaires de plage…ça renforce les mollets. Le logement est très bien équipé, et confortable par contre il y fait chaud et le soir si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes on est envahi de moustiques! A cela s’ajoute les trains qui passent tard le soir et tôt le matin. Donc soit on dort au frais avec le bruit soit dans la chaleur sans bruit. Le plafonnier ne suffit pas à maintenir la fraîcheur. On ne nous a pas proposé le garage de l’annonce à 100m (peut être était il déjà pris) mais nous avons payé un parking en centre ville, à quelques minutes à pieds c’est sécurisé. Nous avons tout fait à pied ou en train, attention il n’y a pas d’arrêt de bus proche du logement malgré l’IUT à côté. Voilà nous étions bien, mais j’aurai préféré un logement où ça grimpe moins et plus près de la plage.
