Woodridge--Entire House with 50+ acres for your enjoyment
One bedroom with king bed, one bath, and double sleeper sofa in the living area. Paved driveway and covered double parking. Open living area with a well equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops. Central heat and air. Outdoor living includes a front and back deck with a fire pit and a gas grill. Just open your back door and your furry friend has a large fenced in area to play ($100 pet fee ). The rental can accommodate no more than 2 dogs. Very private, yet close to area attractions.
The rental is a short distance to area towns and local attractions; such as, white water rafting, hiking and biking trails, wedding venues, wineries, breweries, Tail of the Dragon, John C. Campbell Folk School, and Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino. However, if you don’t want to drive to a hiking trail, go out your back door and hike on the 50+ acres which have streams, a pond, wildlife, and mature indigenous trees.
A deck wraps around the front and the back of the house offering fantastic views of the mountains. You and your furry friend will find the deck and fenced in backyard very inviting! It is a nice place to eat, watch the night sky, and listen to the country sounds.
Inside you will find all the amenities that you can ask for. An open living-dining- kitchen enables you to prepare meals, watch Cable TV, use the wireless internet, and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains.

Mitchell and Wanda Arrowood are the owners of 6105 NC Highway 141. When they are not traveling or hiking you can find them at home with their 3 dogs. They live a short distance from the vacation rental. Mitchell is a retired rural mail carrier and Wanda is a retired school principal. As natives of Cherokee County both stay active with volunteering in their community and participating in local organizations. Mitchell and Wanda have 2 grown children, 4 granddaughters, and 2 great grandsons.
