The villa offers quality equipment and has all the comforts to ensure you an unforgettable vacation.

The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. The modern kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge ...) and open to the living room. The living room has a sofa and armchairs, a flat screen TV. The veranda shelters a large dining table, allowing you to take your meals while enjoying the view and the sea air.

We loved it!

Beautiful modern villa at the top of the hill with a view to die for! Fully equipped, spacious, amazing outdoor terrasse and quiet. Located near one of the top snorkeling spots in Martinique in the cutest little town and a 5 min drive to the beach. We really enjoyed out stay, only a few minor things to pay attention to which I have messaged the property owner about, but it would not stop me from staying there again :)

Cette propriété a bersoin d'amour

Les photos sont exactes mais elles ne sont pas récentes. A notre arrivée on sent qu'il y a eu un lavage récent des planchers, chambres de bains, etc. La personne qui nous accueille est complètement débordée mais surtout totalement désintéressée. Surprise la vaiselle, les ustensibles, les verres... tout est sale et on doit laver. Les lumières des ventilateurs de plafonds sont remplis d'insectes morts et le controle des ventilateurs incompréhensible. 2 Volets pour porte et fenêtres qui ne fonctionnent pas. Les autres tous extrêmement bruyant. Manque d'ustensiles. L'évier de cuisine qui coule. La machine est glace du réfrigérateur totalement bloquée. La piscine n'est pas claire et pleine de feuilles. Gazon pas coupé. Voisins qui crient a longueur de journée. Bref cette villa a certainement été un charme il y a des années pour une petite famille mais aujourd'hui elle a besoin d'amour et, surtout, d'entretien. Nous avons payé beaucoup trop cher pour ce petit "paradis" P.S. vue incroyable

Très belle villa avec vue magnifique

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien équipée avec une vue superbe et de beaux couchers de soleil. Petit bémol, l'entretien de la villa laisse un peu à désirer : volets roulants en panne, poignées de porte cassées, installation électrique capricieuse et peu de réactivité à notre signalement.

Juste parfait !!

Il y a des endroits où on se sent naturellement bien et cette villa en fait partie. Nous avons immédiatement apprécié la grande terrasse et la pièce à vivre aérées et permettant de jouir d’une vue imprenable sur l’Anse d’Arlet. Le jardin aussi est très beau et sa disposition permet d’avoir le spectacle d’oiseaux butineurs dès le petit déjeuner. L’intérieur est à l’avenant, très confortable et avec une bonne literie. Quartier tranquille. Très bon accueil de Laurent qui nous a laissé, en plus d’un petit-déjeuner, un excellent punch. Merci pour tout!

Ein karibischer Traum

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit auf Martinique. Unsere Entscheidung für diese Villa haben wir keinen Moment bereut. Alles war wie beschrieben, ein unkomplizierter Check-in, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, eine ruhige Umgebung, ein schöner ausreichend großer Pool und vor allem eine Terrasse mit einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Karibische Meer. Wir haben jeden Tag mit einem wundervollen entspannten Frühstück auf dieser Terrasse begonnen. Daran könnte man sich wirklich gewöhnen, aber leider hat jeder Urlaub auch mal ein Ende. Das Einzige, was wir vermisst haben, sind ein paar bequeme Liegen am Pool. Wir haben die Vermieter auch darauf angesprochen und uns wurde gesagt dass man versuchen wird an dieser Stelle nachzubessern. Es könnte dann allerdings etwas eng um den Pool herum werden. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub, den wir sehr genossen haben. Vielen Dank, lieber Johannes und liebe Marie, für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation und dass wir in eurem Haus wohnen durften. Auch an Laurent noch mal ein Dankeschön für seine Unterstützung vor Ort. Trotz fehlender Französischkenntnisse unsererseits, konnten wir uns gut in Englisch mit Händen und Füßen verständigen. Liebe Grüße aus dem kalten Deutschland

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances en famille dans cette villa. Très bel endroit, environnement calme et agréable, maison neuve et équipements de grande qualité. Très belle vue depuis les hauteurs, et on a de l'air ! La relation avec Marie-Line pour la réservation, et avec Laurent pour l'accueil sur place et le départ a été à fois facile et très chaleureuse. Il vaut mieux avoir une voiture car la montée sur la colline est abrupte, mais de toute façon c'est aussi le cas pour visiter la Martinique. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location. Vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance et il n'y a aucun risque que vous soyez déçu.

Wonderful stay at this villa- wonderful view, very nice furnishings and appliances of all types, comfortable beds and nice pool. Welcome package of food was a very nice touch. High on a hill so a good walk down to the pretty village that has a good bakery and restaurants and a very nice beach for swimming. The walk up gives good exercise. Definitely need a car but with this all easy

Très bon séjour passé dans cette magnifique villa où tout est fait pour que ce soit inoubliable. Prestations de qualité, la villa dispose de tout le confort dont on a besoin, le cadre est sublime avec la vue et le coucher du soleil. Superbe location !

Nous avons séjourné à 4 (2 adultes + 2 enfants) fin février dans cette villa. Tout était conforme à la description, nous avons été très gentiment accueilli par Laurent. Aucun problème avec les différents équipements de la maison, bonne literie, location aménagée avec goût. Le jardin est magnifiquement tenu, et nos enfants ont adoré la piscine. Le cadre est très agréable, calme et sans vis à vis. La vue sur mer est magnifique, encore plus lors des couchers de soleil sur la Caraïbe. La villa est bien située géographiquement pour rayonner sur la Martinique, sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Merci également aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité lors de nos échanges de mails préparatoires à notre venue. Ils avaient mis à disposition un couchage supplémentaire pour notre fils qui ne souhaitait dormir dans le même lit que sa sœur. Une très belle location à conseiller !
