Come stay at our cozy and quiet Salty Air Suites!
Relax with beautiful views, grill out or walk to a restaurant, and take a few steps from the front door to make new memories on the sand. Bring your own bedsheets, enjoy the clean and comfortable apartment! This is unit A, check our other 2 units: close to the fun, action + tucked away on a quiet street by the sea. You can't go wrong with the great views and accommodating local owners. NO PETS ALLOWED> July & August require a Sat-Sat weekly reservation.

Great place to stay!!

The house was great!! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Short walk to the beach. Aynca was very nice and super accommodating. We loved our stay!!

Great location!

We had a great stay here last week! The communication was perfect, the host literally messaged me back immediately to respond to my questions. The location of the apartment was amazing, we were just steps to the beach and a nice, short walk to the pier. The apartment had everything we needed, a great parking spot, dishes and pots and pans for cooking, soap, blankets, etc. The only things we weren’t fond of were the steps going upstairs (could have been a little dangerous for our almost 4 year old), and my husband didn’t particularly enjoy the slanted ceiling above toilet. For a week vacation though, this place was perfect. I had a great time! Thank you for having us!

Misleading

Booking this property was pretty easy. The pictures online look much better than it is in person. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was told by other long time renters that I was charged way too much. The place is old and needs to be gutted and updated. The stairs inside are a lawsuit waiting to happen, my 3 year old grandson fell down the top four stairs, thank god he did not get hurt. The floors were filthy, the light was not working on the stairs to go up and the bathroom wall near the toilet is slanted so when you pee you have to bend to the side so you don’t hit your head. Parking is ridiculous, we were blocked in by other renters and had to call the owner to get them to move, and hour and a half later. Needless to say I will not be staying there again, definitely not worth the money I paid. The owner should take some of that money and rent a dumpster and gut the whole place and start from scratch. The only good thing about was it’s close to the beach, but definitely not worth the money or the grossness of the place.

Thank you for your feedback. We have a professional cleaning crew who does a thorough job of steam mopping and vacuuming the place each time. Most of our renters are returning year after year because they appreciate the place. We became aware of the bulb that needed replacing and we have already changed it.

Nice place, bathroom needs improving.

The living and sleeping areas were very nice, the building is close to many shops restaurants and boardwalk. Overall a great vacation, however the bathroom setup especially the toilet under the dormerd ceiling made it difficult for anyone over 5’6”. The shower could also use work
