Gorgeous villa with air conditioning recently renovated very close to the beach. Bright with lots of greenery, we designed this villa to unwind with family or friends.
Dine outdoors under a new pergola, savor sunsets from a beautiful rooftop terrace, and relax in a large swimming pool or step outside in the pine forest to enjoy the ocean.
Whether you’re here to work, surf, or enjoy a family vacation in Portugal, this villa offers the perfect blend of tranquility & adventure: golf, surf, biking, beach clubs
The space
Our sun-drenched living room features three large bay windows, letting in sunlight all day and cool breezes to keep the space comfortable. By night, it transforms into a cozy haven with a subdued atmosphere, perfect for relaxing inside or outside.
The decor, inspired by our travels, showcases touches of Indonesia and California. Each room is spacious with large double closets and uniquely decorated to suit all tastes. The house has 4 bedrooms all with AC in the wall, 2 bathrooms with toilets and 1 additional toilet, 1 garden terrace with barbecue and a nice rooftop with panoramic view.
Out of the four bedrooms, two bedrooms boast large balconies, while one offers direct access to the rooftop with stunning views of Lisbon and the ocean.
We've also transformed the garage into a versatile space with sports equipment and a sofa bed, making it ideal for a gym or game room as needed (let us know in advance if you are a group of 10 so we can prepare the sofa bed).
Guest access
The entire space belongs to the guests, no one else lives on the premises.
Other things to note
The house can fit comfortably 9 people with the possibility to have 10 people if the sofa bed in the garage is deployed. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare it (no AC in the garage only a portable fan).

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
I really hope you enjoyed your stay in our house! For the checkout, Isabel will only be coming at 11am. You can put the trash in the bins that are just right of the house when you exit.
If you need to leave earlier, just make sure to put back one key in the entrance and the other set of key in the lockbox and to activate the alarm please.
Let me know what time you are planning on leaving just in case. Please don't forget to return the keys as we would have to charge for replacing the lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My wife and I are French, we live between Portugal and the US. I traveled the world for two years before moving to the US in California. We fell in love with Portugal and Lisbon during our travels. We bought this house a few months ago to spend some quality time by the beach with our friends and family when we are in Europe.
