The lodge 'Bergeron', available throughout the year, is located in the heart of the forest of Seignosse natural area protected. Very quiet barracks unopposed, with direct access to the forest and 2 minutes by car from the beach. Bike trail, lake and village nearby (2 km). Facing South!

Seignosse is located next to Hossegor / Capbreton and 20 minutes from the Basque country, 1 hour from the Spanish border. Seignosse you can enjoy many free activities, of multiple trails, surfing, ponds, a golf course, a water park, many bars and restaurants, discos ('the Traouc' is located at 2 km from the House.

The 'Bergeron' lodge can accommodate up to 12 people while leaving a private space to each .

Fully equipped home for 6 to 8 persons:

On the ground floor:
* 1 large living room with open kitchen, fully equipped (dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, oven, gas stove and electric, microwave, machine Nespresso, toaster...)
* Living room with insert, large sofa, dining table, TV, internet...
* 1 room (with bed 2 people) and bunk bed
* bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, dry towel
* WC with sink
* laundry (veranda): washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, jacuzzi

The first floor:
* room with bed 1 person (80 per 1 m 90) and bed of 1 m by 2 m 40
* bathroom with toilet, shower and sink
* 1 room with bed for 2 people

In common ownership the studio for 4-5 persons:

On the ground floor:
* living room with sofa bed
* kitchen
* shower room with WC and shower
* 1 room for 2 people with dressing

The first floor:
* 1chambre 2 people

Possible on request to have a baby and table bed changing.

Garden:
* Garden with trees of about 1200 m2, exposed South unopposed in the heart of nature, wooden deck, large table and chairs, BBQ, Grill, corner lounge with above ground pool.
