L'appartement était sale,lave vaisselle avec vaisselle sale.frigo pas nettoyé. Nous etions 3 adultes et une ado,4 verres à vin pour accueillir normalement 9 personnes.pas de tasses à thé, ni théière. Ni grille painPoêle et casseroles inutilisables. Appareil à raclette obsolète. Il faudrait vraiment que le propriétaire fasse faire le ménage par des professionnels Et ne pas compter sur les vacanciers. Un grand nettoyage ne serait pas du luxe.A

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche zum Skifahren verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich geräumig für die Gesamtfläche, zwei Bäder zu haben ist auch toll. Das Wohnzimmer und das Kinderschlafzimmer sind groß und hell, die Schlafempore ist für einen Jugendlichen sehr gut geeignet. Dass man die Endreinigung der Wohnung selbst vornehmen muss, spart natürlich Geld, ist aber am Abfahrtstag immer auch mit Stress verbunden und nicht ganz so ideal. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber vorgefunden und auch frisch geputzt verlassen, das klappt vermutlich aber nicht immer. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden: Parkplatz, Skikeller, Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe, ein wunderbares Skigebiet... was will man mehr?

Appartement tres ensoleillé, bien agencé dans un quartier agreable en bas de Chatel. Centre de Chatel à 15 min a pied avec une côte raide. Prevoir de s organiser avec les bus pour rejoindre les pistes, les Linga et Pre la Joux sont plus accessibles. Place de parking tres pratique avec l appartement.

Appartement bien très bien situé avec un balcon offrant une vue magnifique qui permet de profiter du soleil lors des belles journées. Endroit calme facilement accessible. Pour ce qui est du logement en lui même : Cuisine équipée assez basique, mais il y a un manque d’ustensiles. Manque de verres et de casseroles par exemple. La chambre enfant est bien et permet de mettre trois personnes assez aisément. La mezzanine est minuscule et ne permet que de dormir pour une personne. A deux le lit est trop étroit. Des jeunes amoureux devraient cependant peut être aimer :-) L’accès est assez dangereux par une échelle verticale. La chambre à l’étage est fort étriquée et il est difficile de s’y déplacer. (Pour de personnes de 65 ans). Il y a deux pièces d’eau et deux wc qui permettent une certaine aisance pour le nombre de personnes. Nous étions 6. Je ne vois pas comment comment nous pourrions vivre aisément à 9 dans cet appartement. Le manque de wifi se fait sentir car la 4g est quasi inexistante. Si la 4g fonctionnait correctement cela ne poserait pas de problèmes mais la c’est vraiment problématique. Donc j’ai un sentiment partagé en quittant cet établissement. Il y a du très bien et moins bien. Nous trouvons donc que le prix de location de cet appartement est donc trop élevé par rapport au service proposé. (Wi-fi, pas de raclette pour nettoyer les vitres, manque de verres et de casseroles, douches vétustes.) Nous avons eu l’occasion de comparer avec d’autres appartements de la même résidence. Nous avons passé un bon séjour je tiens à le préciser. Le contact avec le propriétaire est très bon. La critique ici se veut constructive et n’ayez pas peur d’aller dans cet appartement, qui vous offrira le confort minimum une bonne situation géographique. Nous donnons simplement notre avis. Il est possible que 9 jeunes penseraient bien différemment de nous. Cordialement.

Séjour à Châtel

Le logement est très agréable avec une jolie vue et un super ensoleillement en journée. Les espaces sont bien optimisés. L'arrêt de la navette est très proche de la résidence (environ 100m) et il est possible de rejoindre le village de Châtel à pied car il se trouve à environ 800 m avec un peu de dénivelé ! Pour ceux qui ont des enfants en bas âges, le club Piou Piou est à environ 500m de l'appartement. Pour toutes ces qualités, nous recommandons le logement de Jean Marc! Merci

locatie goed, maar niet schoon

De ligging is mooi. De vide is om op te slapen niet ideaal. Warmt en luchtjes uit de keuken trekken in je bed. Bij aankomst was het appartement niet schoongemaakt voor gebruik. We hebben eerst 2 uur gepoetst en toen een goed verblijf gehad. In de keuken zit alles, behalve opscheplepels. Voor 6 personen gaat het net, maar voor 9 personen is het appartement echt te klein. We moesten bij aankomst zoeken naar de kraan om water te krijgen, deze zat achter een luik in de badkamer. De boiler moest zich nog vullen. Ook elektriciteit was uit. Dat hebben we ook gevonden en alles werkte nadien.

Très chouette appartement adapté pour 6 personnes avec très belle situation. Le plus, une cave pour y déposer skis et chaussures. Malheureusement l appartement était très sale a notre arrivée et aucune solution n a été proposée par le propriétaire. De plus, nous avons eu des soucis d eau chaude. En effet, impossible de prendre 6 douches d eau chaude... Le problème s est résolu grâce a l aide d un monsieur du bâtiment. Dernier bémol, la communication sur le départ n était pas la bonne reçue par Abritel... Problème donc de communication entre ce que le propriétaire désir et ce qu Abritel demande ... Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour et le propriétaire a toujours gentillement répondu à nos mails.

8 stay over new year

The apartment maximises every inch of available space which it needs to. Crockery was in poor condition, no kettle was supplied. No bed linen and towels are supplied but you don’t receive this information until days before you fly. Hot water ran out if people weren’t very quick in the shower. It is a long walk to the nearest shop. The bus stop is near but is serviced by 1 bus only so a lot of circuitous journeys with bus changes were necessary. Children would not cope with the walk to the lifts then skiing. If you need somewhere functional and location isn’t particularly important this is your location. The stairs were shut due to a fire too which we weren’t notified about. The neighbours all seemed friendly.
